@DinoChicken04 Yes, he is saying friendly forest. But the rest of the song translates roughly as "friendly forest, shady plants, give me a shelter from my pain." So he is appealing to this friendly forest to escape some pain (pace). Sounds emotional to me :p

i adore him singing "bella siccome un angelo" by Gaetano Donizzetti. He is fabulous. Great voice.Anyway he sing this aria antica with a mood which is not proper. He can (and might) sing opera songs, when he goes away and sings this other material he becomes not credible.
