You sound like me a long time ago, but I later realized I didn't understand God for who He really is. The numbers are scary, but the truth is: WE HAVE CHOSEN this consequence! Who knows our hearts better than we do? God. We seek the power to rule ourselves; some won't even acknowledge our Creator! We became like enemies! Assume for a moment that you are not better than God and ask Him humbly to show you who He is. He promises you'll find what you seek (Matt 7:7-8) You WILL understand this mercy.

no because god is a dick and he does not like people that don't like him... like u and me :) but do not worry because this is what some dumb ass people believe and that tell u how to live your life... you do not know if these people are right or not so the safest thing to do is to live your own life and believe what u want to believe and interpret the way u want to interpret it :)
God can not be in the presence of sin, and we are covered with it because of what WE did, not Him, us. He gave us a way out, but most people do not want it, and just want to make excuses. And then the end comes, and it's game over. He does not want anyone to perish, but we are stiffnecked and stubborn and want what we want. Our arrogance comes at a price, a hefty price indeed.

Therefore, we have two choices: We accept the truth that the Bible describes, which was penned thousands of years ago, or we ignore it with excuses because we ENJOY our sin and do not want ANYONE telling us what to do.
