OK, solarcookingnut, it's been an entire week and no new videos. Get to cooking! Been thinking about your rack suggestion and I agree it is more important than I first thought. What I didn't recognize at first was the fact the Sun Oven has a rack, but since it is the self-leveling platform, I wasn't thinking of it as a rack, but it certainly is. This devise does allow for circulation all around the box AND is enclosed in the heated area. Chalk another one up for nut. lol. dkw
