  • I've never had a problem with welds on the die breaking. Most of my problems come from the linkage from the air cylinder to the hammer. By "wedge" do you mean dovetail?

  • Cool hammer, but I bet the weld holding the die breaks.

    A wedge is the best way to secure them.
