  • I lived in AZ back in the 1980s and there were loads of businesses that had "No entry with firearm" signs. I knew both open carriers and CCW holders that had no issue with this. People forget that rights are the relationship between you and the government? When entering someone elses property your rights stop at the property line or end of bona fide public conveyance ie, sidewalk across of to front door. When you enter another's domain, you folow their rules.

  • Businesses with a "No Firearms" sign don't get my $ unless they provide private security and assume FULL legal liability for my personal safety. And you know they're not doing that.. so.. I am not giving them my $.

  • No guns no money. I boycott any business with a no firearms sign. And i know im not the only one

  • RIGHT

  • RIDE ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!! CARRY

  • Comment removed

  • What about a business says if you have a white hat on you can come in?

  • Thats fine. I don't think the business should be able to say no. State says its ok then its ok.

  • agreed protection is needed and whatever is required for establishing that is fair and right as a person in society

  • Any private business owner has the right not to allow guns or any thing else he doesn't want in there. The customer has the right not to enter if they do not like the owners rules.

  • Yep, let's completely ignore the fact that it's illegal to drink while carrying.

This law was meant to allow people who wanted to eat at a restaurant that served alcohol to eat there. Without drinking alcohol.

  • For the first idiot woman in this video...READ THE DAMNED LAW!

Gunpackers ARENT ALLOWED TO DRINK, moron, so there is no mixing of alcohol and guns by LAW ABIDING gunpackers.

The CRIMINALS out there dont give a rats rear about your laws OR your stupid signs. They disregard the law AND your signs.

So it is ONLY the gunpacker who MIGHT be there to save YOUR sorry ass whom you are keeping from carrying inside these businesses.

You idiots never look more than 3 inches beyond your own noses.

  • Its not a good thing.

NOT because of the law abiding gunpacker, but because of the idiot drunks who cant control themselves who may put a gunpacker in a bad position where he has to defend himself.

  • @milkbig550 But that's like saying, "if you're responsible enough to drive, then you're responsible enough to not drink and drive." If you're going to a place to ingest alcohol, it's probably best if you don't bring your firearm with you.

That being said, the bartenders should be the ones who are armed. No sense in stripping everyone at the bar of protection.

  • Hey good for you man! It's good to see someone standing up for his rights. "An armed society is a polite society." I couldn't have said it better myself.

  • This guy is only worried about his rights. What about the property owners property rights.he obviously doesnt care. this is why our rights are basically contingent on not "infringing" on others rights.

  • Guns and alcohol don't mix. Just like drinking and driving don't mix. Perfect!

  • I am the general manager of a bar and restaurant.. We have a "no weapons" sign.. Though, I am not the owner, and do not exactly agree with the sign, it is there.. ALTHOUGH, I am permitted by the owner to carry concealed while on the job, and I can tell you two other managers are also.. ;)

  • wow they really got in his face to do this interview hahaha jk...

  • It's plain and simple, stupid people and opinions don't mix!

  • I don't care about anyone's political opinion here...the man in this video has a cowboy hat, aviator glasses and a handlebar mustachs. All arguments are invalids.

  • adsf

  • Shut the fuck up you old fool. You need to carry a concealed weapon into the bar to feel "protected!" What kind of fucked up environment do you live in that you have to feel so insecure to carry a gun just to feel "safe?"

If you are going to the bar, you are going to relax, not to be on the edge like a squirrel chewing nervously on some shit. You are paranoid, delusional, and frankly unbalanced. Bars have bouncers and security personals. We don't need your fucking guns. This ain't WW-West.

  • @outlawracer2229 You go back drinking off of your mama's vagina discharges, decorate yourself with used condoms, and gorge on a roasted peanut pizza while losing your anal virginity to grandma's lampshade.

We don't need anymore of your Christian jihadists.

  • @ninuxy Douchebag, ever heard of the Constitution? You know that document that was written back in 1784. The one the gov't is now trying to shit all over. Now go fuck yourself.

  • @outlawracer229 Ever heard of law and judicial branch where the constitution is actually "interpreted" by the actual scholars and not a bunch of two-bits, gun-wielding cowboys? I don't see the law permitting citizens walking around with an RPG, do you? Does the constitution protect the rights of its citizen to own an F-22 too? Keep your gun in your home, take it to the gun range, use it for recreational purposes, but don't blame others when you get arrested walking armed into the police station.

  • @ninuxy So... The founding fathers of the USA were "a bunch of two-bit, gun-wielding cowboys". For your information the Constitution was written by scholars. It's only interpreted one way, plain english. Actually citizens can own RPGs and F-22 fighter jets. You can also walk into a police station with a firearm. If you had any clue whatsoever you would also know that about 20 of the states are currently lifting, or at least lightening, thier gun laws. End of conversation asshole.

  • @outlawracer2229 Oh, pumpkin is grasping at the straw again. The Founding Fathers didn't envisioned today's social dynamics, nor they foresaw the stupidity of a common man who needs a tank to go take a piss in public toilet. I hate to break it to you, but reasonable gun laws for personal protection and recreational use are not being questioned here.

"[C]itizens can own RPG's and F-22 fighter jets"

Hah! Ladies and gentlemen, I give you a reactionary redneck who suffers from retention of urine.

  • @ninuxy Oh really? It is funny how your opinion has changed. How does one have personal protection if they "keep your gun in your home"? Your the one that brought up heavy armorment not me. I still haven't figured out what that has to do with this video. As for today's social dynamics even the experts at Harvard, the UCLA and the Supreme Court have determined that carrying a firearm in public isn't a bad idea. It's a proven fact that states with fewer gun laws have lower crime rates.

  • @outlawracer2229 I brought up advanced weaponry to highlight the stupidity of your premise that

    1) there is a limit to what one can possess which defeats your gratuitous interpretation of Constitution, i.e. "citizens can own... F-22 fighter jets"

    2) from the previous statement, it become illustrative that you cannot carry your gun "everywhere" and that is bounded to common sense, i.e. prohibition of guns in the bars, etc..

P.S. I'm not against carry a concealed gun cretin, just not in bars.

  • Finally, carrying guns don't lower crimes because the former has nothing to do with the roots of the ladder. Take two communities; one relatively peaceful/almost free of crime, the other, gang infested, crawled with drug pushers, etc.. Now, institute a ban on guns in both places; crime will remain almost at the same level as before in both locations, which leads us to understand that crimes have social, economical, and cultural roots. Banning or not banning guns has little effect on the outcome.

  • @ninuxy You are so ignorant it's astounding. I'm ending anymore comments with you due to the simple fact your too stupid to accept facts. Your comments make little to no sense, you have nothing to back them up. Yet you keep spewing them out. May God have mercy on your soul.

  • @outlawracer2229 First, there is no monolithic God, so I suggest you stop harping. You failed to rebuttal a single point I brought, yet found it upon yourself to be frowardly dismissive about my comments--very puerile.

So I suggest you put your tails between your legs and take a hike. Go, go, and keep going...

  • I couldn't said it better myself..... here is a nother place you cannot enter. is fry's electronics ...you were able to care you gun in there in the beginning years but now you can't...I think the businesses ...think that it scares away customers. which I think it does...the communist ...

  • Stupid People! Man They Honestly Think Itll Help? -.-

  • more people die from car accidents then gun deaths what is wrong with everyone

  • ...so people shouldnt be able to drive after they drink...oh wait! but we never stop those people from getting behind the wheel. why is that? . I do like the law of not drinking while having a gun. that is a reasonable law for both. i feel safe with good people with guns.

  • I've said it before and I'll say it again. The second amendment does not give us the right to own and bear arms. It merely puts that right in writing. The right to bear arms and defend ones self is inherent. Even if they burned the constitution it would still exist. A right is like life it CAN NOT be endowed upon an individual except by his or her creator. They are something that you posses by default. (You are born with them) If I live I have life. If I am human then I have rights.

  • Here are some FACTS on American causes of Death:

    430,000 people/yr killed by cigarettes

    300,000 people/yr killed by obesity

    100,000 people/yr killed by alcohol

42,000 people/yr killed by car accidents

    30,000 people/yr killed by guns

10x more people killed by McDonalds better start outlawing the hamburger.

  • Don't know how Americans love guns that much... this is why it's the country with more murder crimes and people in prision. LET EVERYONE HAS A GUN.... EVEN IF THEY ARE INSANE!!! lol, so fucking stupid

  • @xarls

If you give everyone a gun, people will be more careful. Hell, they will even be more polite.

"An armed society is a polite society. Manners are good when one may have to back up his acts with his life."

  • Would the gun lovers here support teachers carrying guns in a school? Even a kindergarden?

  • @kady7869 You betcha! Would you like your children held hostage at gun point with no one having the ability to protect their lives?

  • @systemaddictshock How about allowing children carry guns? After all, freedom for all.

  • @kady7869 You know there are laws in place prohibiting children, under age 18 and people under 21, from possessing firearms. So your statement is moot. Please incorporate critical thinking next time. Have a nice day!

  • @systemaddictshock You know there are laws in place prohibiting children, under age 18, from possessing firearms. So your statement is moot.

  • it is God given right to be able to defend yourself .

  • @falcon02012 Yea, Jesus totally defended himself against the Romans. In fact, if Jesus were alive today, there first things he would do would wear a large caliber gun and start lobbying to support rampant abuses by big corporations against the people/environment and support oil/mineral wars against Islamic nations. Jesus would definitely vote Republican and would definitely be a badass. Small government, huge power-abusive corporations, banks, and military. It's a God given right.

  • @EcrossH You're entitled to your opinion, but so am I, and I don't believe Jesus was the timid and spineless jellyfish you're portraying him to be. Jesus, as God, is omnipotent and doesn't need guns to defend Himself. We, as humans, aren't. I don't think he'd be loyal to any political party. Please don't use His willingness to sacrifice Himself and suffer abuse for sinful humanity to support your leftist pacificism. Compare apples with apples. Thank you, and have a nice day.

  • @wannawatchu66 Jesus himself said, "Blessed are the poor. Woe to the rich." Modern Republican policy is "Blessed are the rich. Woe to the poor." He went around healing the sick, yet your party supports insurance companies that would rather profit that deal with giving money to kids that are deathly ill. I'm not trying to be rude, but the Republican party and modern day Christianity have their ideals bought by the super rich. My southern, Christian family thinks like you, and so did I.

  • @EcrossH You didn't strike me as rude, and I appreciate your civility. Actually, I'm not loyal to the Repubs either, but I have a LOT more in common w/them than the Dems for reasons space doesn't allow here. But my post was about Jesus, not them. But like you, I have no use for people like the Rockefellers, Morgans, Rothschilds, etc. I've read about the control they're trying to gain over people. Take care.

  • @wannawatchu66 Thanks for being cool as well. Don't worry. We will take our planet back from the abusive super-rich. They are already causing their system to crumble, and even though they don't mind taking the rest of humanity and the planet with them, I don't think it will happen like that. Sooner or later, suppressed energy technology will surface that will allow us to live truly free, as we won't need them. Then, our spirituality, small government, and resources will belong to us, not them.

  • I see nothing wrong with a "check your gun" sign at a bar... What I do wonder is who would go to that stupid tourist trap bar?

  • Simple, just Boycott the bars/restaurants that have those signs.

My Navy reunion is having our get together in Az next year and I can tell you with a very good degree of certainty that all 180 of us plus wives/ girlfriends will not be patronizing any business that has one of those signs in it.

Hit them in the wallet, HARD!

  • GOD i love being from Zona. the best state ! we GET IT down here !

  • Are INCREDIBLE the injustices committed in several indigenous women in Mexico. The Mexican police deceives and lies saying that they going to leave FREE to the indegenous women , while the women sign RECORDS OF DECLARATION OF GUILT that the mexican police delivered to the women. the indegenous women reach sentences up to 30 years.

  • these are actors

    not arizonans

  • well they cant put a sign in the window that says white people only or no blacks then why put a sign that says no guns.

  • "no firearms allowed" pfft! lol criminals will notice this sign and rob you clean.

  • @MrSapphireLabyrinth ppl like u are why guns should just be illegal all together, u surly are irresponsible ignorant and racist if mexicans or blacks were ever the only ones to own guns...well im sure u know wut would happen to you and ur race dont you??:] fuckn CRACKER ASS BITCH!!!

  • Only Whites should be allowed to carry guns. That would sort out the problem fairly quickly :)

  • Comment removed

  • in az you no longer need a licence to conceal and carry. i like/ dislike it for some reasons.

    1. good- no licence needed

    2. bad- any dumbfuck illegal mexican or some muderer can carry

  • @oktoberfest124 OH U AND @MrSapphireLabyrinth SHOULD BECOME BFFS SINCE UR BOTH RACISTS!!ITS REMARKABLE HOW STUPID AND IGNORANT U DUMB ASS REPUBLICANS CAN BE HAHA I HOPE UR DAUGHTERS( IF U MORONS EVER GET THE CHANCE TO HAVE ANY) MARRY A BLACK OR MEXICAN GUY....1 CRACKER + ANOTHER CRACKER = DIRT! FILTHY DIRTY!! GRIMY FILTHYNESS THAT STINKS...U TWO CAN ROTT IN UR GRAVES IF U HILLBILLY REDNECKS CAN AFFORD TO HAVE A GRAVE..:) asshole

  • @germanlover1991 haha, do you need to call me names to make yourself feel better? i feel sorry for you. but also you have to realize the first admendment allows me to say whatever i fell like saying, and the second allows me to carry a .45 acp , so you can call me names all you feel like and just remember: im the one being poilite and voicing my beliefs and you are the one with nothing but name calling as your argument. have a good day man, try not to blow up on anyone for voicing their beliefs

  • @germanlover1991 you fail so bad its not even funny...

  • @oktoberfest124 I HAVE COUSIN WHO ARE ILLEGAL FELONS ETC WHOM HAVE BEEN CARRING FOR YEARS DECADES EVEN THE LAW DOES NOT AFFECT THEM ME THE LAW ABBIDING CITIZEN HAS TO SHOW MY PIECE SUCKS SO 1 GOOD 2 IRRELIVENT

  • @PEREYDARAY well your cousins should go to jail then. beaking the law isn't ok no matter who you are or what race you are. wheather you're white, black, asian, hispanic, ect. you should pay if you break the law.

  • @oktoberfest124 OH YEAH THOSE IDIOTS HAVE BEEN TO JAIL

ONE OF THEM GOT DEPORTED THE POINT IS CRIMINALS DONT GET AFFECTED BY A LAW MY COUSINS ARE IDIOTS I HATE MOST OF THEM PEACE BRO

  • @PEREYDARAY well then the only other thing to do is keep 'em in jail for life, or lethal injection...

  • @oktoberfest124 WELL THERE A PROCESS AND HOPEFULLY THAT PROCESS WIL GET THEM THERE BUT WHATEVER

  • Guns and the right to open and concealed carry are both great, but it should be up to the owner of the bar/establishment to decide if guns are allowed in or not. Because face it, guns and alcohol are something that should never be mixed.

  • @grunthunter44 THE LAW STATES THAT THE PERSON CARRYING THE GUN CANNOT BE SERVED (REGARDLESS OF WEATHER THE BAR WANTS TO POUR YOU A DRINK OR NOT).

  • This is a very difficult debate, as two freedoms are at stake. Carrying a concealed firearm is fine, and, in my personal opinion, any bar or business owner should allow you to do so on their property. However, just as you are allowed to carry a concealed firearm, the business owner lawfully holds the right to make whatever rules they please- that's part of economic freedom. At the same time, though, in imposing such restrictions they deny a constitutional right YOU have. It's tough.

  • stupid fuck en red neck why the fuck would you go into a bar if your not going to drink????

  • @exvandale what if some1 likes the food in the bar.. criminals will think twice b4 they try to rob, rape, murder some1 if every law-abiding citizen carries a sidearm. have a nice day.

  • @exvandale the bar shown in this video is in tombstone az. i live in tucson and ride there every few months because i like the ride and it is close to me. i never drink there because i know that im gonna climb on my motorcycle and ride home. i dont want to kill myself or anyone else because i drank and decided to drive,

  • @exvandale i have a burger , enjoy the town and go home. All the while i carry concealed. i am college educated and former law enforcement ( police, not federal). why go into a bar and not drink? if you dont know the answer to that then maybe its you who is the stupid redneck.

  • @exvandale i have a burger , enjoy the town and go home. All the while i carry concealed. i am college educated and former law enforcement ( police, not federal). why go into a bar and not drink? if you dont know the answer to that then maybe its you who is the stupid redneck.

  • @exvandale ummmm designated driver??????

  • We have this law in Ga. now works pretty good. A person with a CCW permit knows not to drink while you are armed.

  • I agree with that. I used to go into bars and not drink myself. I went there to play pool, meet woman, and enjoy the entertainment. So why shouldn't a person with a concealed gun permit be able to go into a bar if they don't drink. Some people don't believe that but I used to be a truck driver and I couldn't drink for that reason as well but I still wanted to have fun. Some bars aren't safe and you don't know that if your a stranger.

  • drinking, drugs, and guns don't mix. that is for sure.

  • If any person is going to cause physical harm to you...I say shoot first ask questions

later. We have a right to bear arms and protect ourselves. That is what makes our country great.

  • If you are a gun owner you should never give business to companies that don't allow you to carry a gun into their establishment weather you are or are not carrying a firearm.

  • the only people that the signs keep out are the people you want to have a gun.

  • this law is being very misunderstood. You can't drink meaning you probably will not get in trouble.

  • i think it is B/S that some places dont even have a sign but when i enter they say we dont allow guns in here then i tell them to get a lil sticker thats all they have to do then they say that they dont have to. some stores i been kicked out of-Wal-Mart/Crecket mobile/99 cent store/Mall All of them.many more. but i will allways carry ohh i think it is because i am mexican thats probaly why. white people hate to see brownies with gunz :P

  • I have had that problem with some places too. I tell them get a sign, they say no, then I say well you need to be polite when you tell you don't want guns here or get used to tons of people coming in with a gun. I think they need to move back to whatever hippie state they came from.

  • support the NRA !! cuz pretty soon are 2nd admendment well be on the line kinda scary aint it

  • no it wont

  • @tombstonetom67 Yes it is scary, almost as scary as your spelling and grammar.

  • yup..........

  • that sucks

  • It's private business. They can do what ever they want under their roof. Let your wallet do the vote. Shop/eat else where.

  • Just get a stun gun!

  • who needs guns anyways if they wont let me have it ill just find another way to hurt som1

  • I ain't no politician, I aint'a no motion piture star, so I aint gettin no CCW. So in Californee, we is sittin ducks.

  • LOL....that's the truth. I applied for one there when I was in the military and 3 different juristictions told me no....wtf??? I can fight and die for you in another country but I'm not good enough to protect myself at home?!?!?!

  • Crystal Palace was booming!!!! hard to find a seat in there!.. why is that?.. maybe everyone is being steered to Deadwood for a real west town!..

  • Taking comments out that you don't like,, who's running this mad house.. Dubya's Bunch!... Ole whitey gettin scared in T-town!.... need a bus from Chicago to show up,,

  • The anti-self defense people who wring their hands and loudly cry out "There will be blood running in the streets" with the passage of this law have failed to ask themselves the most basic question: How has this law worked out in other states?

Since there are now 36 states that have the very same law that AZ does now , and they've had them for YEARS, the statistics are available and easily accessed....

And the answer IS... No difference!

  • No shootouts at the bar, no drunken gunfights... no NOTHING. None of their nightmarish, booze-fueled scenarios have come true.

Freedom... Don't cha' just love it!
