Look at the majority of places where this violence is taking place outside of — the Glasshouse and the Harp, for example. The culture of violence that underlies such actions is actively promoted in these venues, often targeting to youth who patron them. Look at the marketing, the aggressiveness of the 'security' and their attitudes.
