Actually that really isn't his dad. The real King is what is know as the Caldia's Orb. After he defeated Phantom in the first War the Orb transfered from Babbo to Danna and Danna's soul went into Babbo. No Ginta doesn't kill him he draws out the orb and puts his fathers soul back. The Queen is Dorothy's older sister Diana and also Snow's step-mother
