I'm not trying to be a wise ass, I was wondering why you don't use a real wall to back them up against? Also shouldn't the shorter guy try to close the distance? He looks like hes taking a lot of hits and unable to reach his opponent. I have never taken a lesson just curious.
Nice. I use MMA/grappling practice gloves. With those you still have full usage of your hands making paks, lops, etc more realistic. The guy w/ the long hair seemed to be trying to throw correct blocks, but he was either chasing the hands too much causing him to stay behind or flinching from the thought of being punched. The other guy was blocking like a boxer (clinching gloves together,) which wont work without the gloves. Nevertheless, keep it up b/c they will get better with practice.

the other guy is a boxer and has won all his fights so far.
Guy with long hair has trained less than a year.
