Yes, the baby is very very cute...

But, as a medical doctor... if this behavior happens commonly it could be something called 'absence seizure' or 'petite mal seizure'. It's a sort of seizure that is commonly observed in infants. Maybe you could show your daughter's pediatrician this video and see what he/she says about it.
