it's not being run right for one thing, the dudes heads must remain on the stool or they are elminated, and it's supposed to be run on the beach in the sand, not at a crappy hotel lawn. This contest is called the Dizzy Lizzy, and College Tours (the original spring break tour company, went tits up in 2000) we used to run it in Mazatlan. It's why it's called a studpidcity party - it's a knock off
