I went through all he talked about as a teen so I have to agree with Greg on what he says it's good advice. Learn now and build later you can gain a lot of muscle over time and getting older you get bigger naturally, trust me. So listen to this and things Greg says it is a real help and his story is a causionary tale on what not to do.

Friends busts my balls at the gym when im using lighter weights now but sometimes I feel like im the only one making gains anymore cause there all doing partial reps,rest pause or just bad form. Can you do a video once and for all exposing the Mike Mentzer "HIT" myth! Some people wont shut the fuck up about it online!

Valentino has good advice. One question for anyone here...does the idea of listening to your body count for diet as well? What I mean is sometimes I wont be hungry for like half a day, yet should I still be on a steady diet or eat just whenever I am hungry?
