In Russia are seeing a decline in human rights and the rule of law following a politically-motivated verdict in the case of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev and the arrest of prominent Russian opposition figures, including former Deputy Prime Minister Boris Nemtsov. Previously in November 2009 after the cruel persecution died from torture in custody of lawyer Sergei Magnitsky.
Russia's judicial system is not working. Russia is far too dangerous a place to do business and invest.

why is he so concerned about Russia?
Lots of foreign companies, like Toyota, Ikea, Intel, Google and many more, work in Russia and doing very well.
