i can say that ive checked this out and its barely true. in GTA IV you can go to the left island to the north youll have to look around but there is like a cave/tunnel that spirals downward. you crawl through a hole in the wall. there should be 40+ bodies of "hobos." go to the third floor. there is like a zombie thing. it will have a bloody hole in its stomach and have a gun. its hard to kill but it is possible. i know youve probably had a lot of fakes but if you dont believe me look yourself.

the chubracapra is a cyote like creature in the northern mexican deserts. it has three teeth, 2 on top 1 on bottom. it was said that it killed and escaped a scientist in his labratory were it was made. it bites your neck and leaves the signature mark. three holes with no blood and no signs of it. this happens becuase it liquifies ur insides like a spider and drinks it. i know i have had a very close incounter with onne my last trip to mexico. the growl still huants me.

I don't know about Chupacabras, but oddly I've seen dead hobos that live in the part of the subway where all the tracks connect in a hub on 3 or 4 occasions. The weird thing is that they're not laying on or even near the track, like you'd expect them to be, if it was the actual trains killing them. Maybe a glitch, or just an easter egg about dead hobos, but perhaps rockstar did put in an easter egg that happens so rarely nobody has found it yet.
