Hi, I "arranged" the song with Gir's samples. I took the single "ding" noise and changed the pitch to make different notes - this happens naturally by speeding up or slowing down the sound. I did the same thing with the blender to make those notes. :> The whole thing really is comprised of just kitchen sounds.

Gir recorded all sounds in his kitchen, then sent the samples to me. I knew roughly what the format of the video was going to be so my plan was to make it simple in the beginning, increasing in complexity later in the song. It also had to feel like a full song, with different sections, compressed into about 1 minute. So I did plan those aspects of it.. everything else just sort of fell into place while messing around with the samples. :>
