  • that tear gas fucken sucked... burnt the entire night...

  • we have lost are balls in the USA

  • On Sept. 22nd at 2:30 pm in Brockville, Ontario CANADA at Blockhouse Islands Railway Tunnel there will be a Liberty - Freedom From Fear Rally! Tell everyone you know about it! Bring your messages of freedom and let us bring awareness to the people who are still sleeping!! E-mail Wren at madmoose at sympatico dot com for more info. Peace!

  • my organization was there, STOP THE SPP AND PUNISH THE WAR CRIMINAL BUSH! JOIN CONCORDIA!!

  • Protesting in one area never seems to do much good. Perhaps they should have fanned out to every government building and institution that they possible could... consistency works best for the collective mind. Propagandists use it all the time in the States, so use it back.

  • A bunch of commies. That's what they are.

  • The army isn't the only institution allowed to do their dirty work here. DEA, CIA, FBI, etc.

  • Oh my gosh. So many hippies without jobs. Mommy and Daddy must be so happy to be supporting your protests.

  • You shouldn't be so prejudice. I work full time for the government and I'm a politician. Many people who were there work for Unions and other NGO's, many also came up from Mexico and elsewhere and took the time off. Others are simply students who on their summer break.

  • When our enemy is willing to spend trillions of dollars to kill hundreds of thousands of people everywhere across the globe, and confront those who raise their voices in protest with tanks, cars, bulldozers, armoured riot police, tear gas and rubber bullets... please tell me what sitting in the middle of the street and singing songs is going to do.

  • Tell me what violence is going to do? I'll tell ya, I think that violence gets you no where. The main idea in these types of protest is to show #1 to show that their citizens are against whatever they are doing (10000 signatures where presented in Montebello) and #2 to create more awareness. Violence would have just get people arrested.

  • Not to mention violence makes protesters all-around look bad.

  • its not violence that doesnt get us anywhere, its not enough violence, we need to fight back hard and force them into submissions, its time to quit playing around and start shutting the regimes down! look at iraq, look at how brutal the war is but with this going on the government is powerless, they are dumbasses and killing eachother as well though but if united like us over here, force them into submission, who gives a damn wat the news says the news lies!

  • I have to disagree with ya. Violence in self defense is the only acceptable violence. If someone is going to hurt you I'd give you a green card to demolish the bastard, but as long as all diplomatic options haven't been explored there is no excuse to get violent. The name of this song btw is "Lets Empeach the President" by Neil Young :)

  • thanks, but whats the point of diplomatic options if the regimes refuse to even consider diplomacy with people who are hippies and hooligans in their eyes?

  • when i say diplomatic i mean in terms of communication not so much in terms of voting for something. I feel the biggest problem right now is that big corps own the media. If people could just stop being so complacent. They must stop believing that they must sacrifice their liberties for their safety. A better government could be a solution. Check out the canadian action party

  • yeah i have, what i think is good is stop buying stuff from mainstream corporations like microsoft, apple etc we gotta hurt them economically and intelligently

  • @drummer4u: i disagre, the American revolution was violent and made a lot of difference. but i do agree that peaceful protest must be made first. but those that make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable

  • I agree with you. If you look at, for example, the Stonewall protests for gay rights, the protesters used violence to fight back. They were being peaceful, were attacked by law enforcement, and fought back.

They didn't throw the first stone, though...

  • Less peaceful, more kicking cops in the teeth. How many times in history did peaceful demonstrations make any difference?

  • Ghandi for one was successful in his non-violence protest and Martin Luther King was also successful. It's not to say that the battle is over, it's constant. It's violence that has never made any difference. When there is violence that's all the media will report-on deluding the message of the protesters.

  • MLK was killed. Ghandi was killed. Any questions?

  • Yes, and they won because they didn't strike out first.

Surely kicking cops in the teeth will see you dead faster as well. I hope you're a troll because otherwise you have some real problems.

  • we all die shama, but the point is that they were successful in their respective life missions. They were good leaders.

  • wats the name of this song?

  • Fuck Pacifists

  • Real intelligent. Kicking cops in the teeth is not the answer. Most cops are just goons who have been brainwashed and kicking them will not change the people pulling the strings.
