Plus El Salvador scored 6 of there goals on Cuba(which doesnt even have a soccer leauge) and conceded 1. Mexico only scored 5 and conceded none. Same 5 goal difference. The US and Mexico have played 4 times in the Gold Cup Final and the Us has came up with one victory. The only important times when USA has won against Mexico was in the World Cup 2002, and Gold Cup 2007.
