  • The TSA are nothing more than glorified security guards. They are NOT law enforcement. That's why they have to call the local cops to do law enforcement. Am wondering what would happen if Sheriff Joe told the TSA in Sky Harbor to piss up a rope when they start treating him like they did you? Grope HIM, and he'll have THEM by the ass=P

  • I refused to submit to the new full body scanner so the agent said then we will have to pat you down. I said ok no problem, then he had me wait for ten minutes while he was on the radio calling more agents and acting like this was a big deal. Two agents came and stood behind me like I was going to make a run for it or something. Funny thing is all I was wearing was a t-shirt and shorts. You could just look at me and know I didn't have anything on me. They really get upset if you don't bow down.

  • Wow

  • "naked children?"

  • This is great, finally someone stands up to them and catches it all on tape er... "Broadcast" rather, good stuff! I watched it 3 times!

  • "he's got as little bit of an anger issue" .... hahaha

  • Sam Dodsen is a fucking genius. Keep up the awesome work man.

  • Talking to the black guy about owning people, I lol'd.

  • Sounds like a great way to end up on the no-fly list haha.

  • TSA is nothing more than a joke!!! They have NOT caught 1 single exposive devise to date....but HAVE missed several items that they warrant illegal to carry on...or travel with....So what IS their true reason for being???? Oh...wait a minute...that's right...they are obimbos front goons....tryin to instill fear and obedience in the lives of every man woman and child!!! DROP DEAD TSA!!!!!

  • As I watched this video I can't help thinking about the future in body scanners for these perverts. Can you imagine in 3 to 5 yrs walking into the airport to notice TSA wearing portable scanner goggles? All they have to do is press the button and voila! they see your children in the nude. And how about local cops with this too? We are not far from this technology, I myself own a pair of video goggles which are used for viewing DVD and playing PS3. Makes me sick to think about flying.

  • @lunaticasai Last year, the us government purchased 500 mobile x-ray vans that do almost exactly what your talking about.

  • @obscuredtruth WOW, so now not only the Google van can come take pictures of you on a sunday morning while your getting your news paper off your driveway in your boxer shorts and robe, but the government can show up and see what your packing under the shorts... What's this country coming to? I certainly think TSA need better training, they also need to catch up on laws. As to the future of flying with any airline, if I can drive there I will, and I guess I'll have to put up with some of the bs.

  • This is why I don't fly anymore. I'd rather drive 2,000 miles than give up my rights. Sadly, most Americans don't agree.

  • You did a really great job on this video. Well done.

  • Excellent. That took a lot of guts and nerves. Not to many people will stand up for theirs like this. Great example.

  • U rule !

  • Great work . US TSA just sucks ,problem is the public thinks all cops are true full good guys until its to late , unluckily for me I was bashed by 2 officers when I was 14 so i know how they lie and operate.

  • Keep up what you're doing. A patriot is someone who thinks and speaks out against the wrongs of the government. You're an amazing patriot.

  • Body scanners and pat downs don't even detect if you have anything inside your body cavities. The TSA really needs to start searching body cavities. TWO IN THE PINK ONE IN THE STINK!!

  • I hope all tsa agents die and their kids

  • WHAT AN ASS HOLE.

  • And if he wants to talk about harassment, especially the accusations of a TSA worker looking like a terrorist, implying all TSA employees encourage child pornography with the body scanners, ect, he is so full of shit its funny. I'll give him props though. He can get a convo going.

  • I'm glad TSA does what it does. This guy is an asshole, and tries to twist his opinions around to make TSA look bad. By all means, I'd love to sit down with Mr. Obscured Truth and debate with him. B

  • What security carries a revolver at airports? I know one, and he is a FUCKING WEIRDO.

  • I watch all 3 of your videos and it was amazing! But be careful when talking to these peopl.

  • @301Goldstar

Those aint people- those are ANIMALS- tyrants. Tyrants aint human. You would have to be an insane psychopath to wanna be a govt cop or tsa thug

  • Hire the handicapped. They're fun to watch... you. Amazing how they know they are powerless when faced with someone who obviously knows the score and their rights. Soon though none of this will matter. They will have grabbed you, taken you to a waiting van and driven you to one of the camps for liquidation. Then they will divide your stuff. Sid knows you want into the camp. Sid doesn't know why you want in the camp. Sid doesn't care. Now give me a sad fuji face. I SAID GIVE ME A SAD FUJI FACE!

  • It's strange that back when I was in High School my sociology teacher suggested that we all read the book 1984! He said he wanted us to give our opinions on it and comment on how the world today is like what is in that book.

  • I agree. I loved the fact you did what you did but the second I heard the 'genius' comments you seemed to lose some integrity.

  • @maikal22 I agree with you maikal22.

  • Comment removed

  • I like what you're doing but when you start calling them names, you stoop to their level in trying to provoke them.

    You are better than them.

  • tsa=4th amendment violations

  • Gosh some of you are some idiots! This is not TSA, they are LEO's and you sir are a complete jackass. (sorry but it is true)

  • these bstards are fucking retarded! they are on the other side of the bureacracy, so they're ok with the invasive procedures and abusive policies.

Well I'd like to see their children, spouses, parents, grandparents body searched with the exact same standards that they impose on the public.

  • Thanks for this.

TSA has crossed a line. It is way over the top. It has got to end. With many many people I find these invasive procedures unbelievable. Will we overcome or will there only be a move that more entrenches the security establishment and the regular violation of the rights and freedoms on which this country was built, and basic human dignity?

  • Great job with the video. The 200 pound Gorilla in the room that everyone seems to ignore is the amount of man power being wasted on innocent American civilians. Remember, this is your tax dollars at work.

Also remember that Detroit is home to the largest middle eastern population in the U.S. Simple logic and reason would dictate that this security manpower is needed elsewhere at Detroit Metro Airport.

  • Nice job on this video series. Takes a lot of guts to stand up to these people. Most American's just talk watch, talk and don't do.

  • Good job. Gandhi would be proud.

  • The TSA really are Nazis. You sir a true patriot.

  • Wow the TSA really are Nazis.

  • So... do you oppose profiling as well?

  • @MajorAmericaSpirit I support airlines having the freedom to set security policies that are right for their customers. If one airline wants to profile, they should be free to do that.

That way I can choose to fly with them or a another airline that has different security policies. I may want to fly on the airlines that allows passengers to carry guns with subsonic rounds or rubber bullets. Freedom is the answer.

  • @obscuredtruth

AMEN! freedom is always the answer. The free market is always gonna be a million times more efficient, million times more effective & a trillion times more intelligent than any govt bureaucracy

  • @obscuredtruth Amen, brother

  • @obscuredtruth --Seriosly? One little problem (out of many) with your reasoning. Remember 9/11/2001 the bad guys took over the plane and flew it into the the WTC killing THOUSANDS! By your reasoning it would be a no brainer for them to target the airlines with weaker security.

  • There is no such thing as a xray/ imaging machine that does not save images and they have the option to adjust exposure lvl's and filters to increase image detail. A TSA agent beat up a coworker for joking about the size of his "member" in the image from a test run. google it

  • I'm a minor and I'm gonna ask the TSA if they want to be charged with child pornography or child molestation....I think it will piss them off a bit

  • This is like watching a horror film. You KNOW if this dude didn't have a camera he's have been smashed to the ground, stomped, arrested, beaten in jail and possibly dead and NO one could do anything about it. 9-11 was the signal to the luciferian NWO that Satan was now on the thrown. Watch forerunner777. Holy crap, Jesus come quickly and send these people straight to the hot place.

  • Great Job!

  • You did a great job, all of us are proud of you. Take your BRASS BALLS and get a beer..

  • Great job! Hopefully the Thanksgiving protest will work.

  • Good Job!

  • Yes I don't want people staring at pictures of my daughter without her clothes on but most of all I don't like her being irradiated by ionizing and cancer causing rays at random. If I wanted that I would have move to Chernobyl.

  • Incredible.

  • @glenwoodfin agreed incredible. the terrorists truly have won. I really feel digust for my country now.

  • Cops are dicks! plain and simple, powertripping assholes that dropped out of college so they went to the "academy" for 10 weeks to get trained and then take out their frustrations on citizens and intimidate them!

  • Flying commercial is a miserable, squalid experience. You get treated like a criminal and cattle.

I stopped flying commercial late last year.

  • Holy crap dude, you've got some balls! Great video!

  • @whiskeysauer agreed, dude has big balls. hope he continues to do this and exspose this.

  • your doing a great job Sam! i had an experience with TSA this morning and was an awe of how huge these guys are and how completely rude, manipulative people. we gotta get em out!

  • There are already sex criminals working for the TSA. I read an article about it earlier.

The underwear bomber was a staged event. They had those naked body scanners ready to go way before it even happened.

  • While there is definitely a threat to security in airports, the question becomes how do we handle it? If not for the TSA, then what? Private Organizations? Well they would need to be regulated as well at some point, otherwise it's going to be the same story all over again. Bear in mind, I am very ignorant and still too young to understand many of the political aspects of this problem. I just don't see a way around government regulation on one level or another.

    By the way, great job!

  • @EnzoElite I agree there's a need for some level of security, but government regulations forcing a one size fits all solution will result in the same problems the TSA have created.

I believe the answer is allowing the airlines to set the appropriate level of security their customers desire. Allowing competition and choice will naturally lead to the optimal balance between security and privacy.

The important thing is your open mindset. Check out Book.freekeene(dot)com to learn more.

  • @EnzoElite

The government should not be involved in security in the first place. It should be the job of the airlines, then the people can choose whichever airlines they like the most. So if an airline chooses these procedures and people like it, they will get what they want. And if people want less security they will also get what they want.

Also, the United States Constitution forbids the federal government to search people without probable cause and/or a search warrant.

  • @EnzoElite

Also take into consideration that honey bees kill more people in America each year than terrorists. The middle eastern wars do as well.

  • Wow there's a lot of comments from the sheeple on here. Dude you did an awesome job. A true American hero...

  • You should not have pulled this shit in Detroit metro...really fucking stupid. You should consider your self luckey for not getting your ass kicked by thouse cops. Are you trying to end up like Hoffa? I understand your point but really stupid stunt.

  • @megs97216 shut up slave and go donate your money tot he police.

  • did u hear the cop say " hey sam, are you connecting?" and she said "47 tom, disreguard" so the freekin cop was recording the passenger without his knowledge!

  • William Bordley, an associate general counsel with the Marshals Service, acknowledged in the letter that “approximately 35,314 images…have been stored on the Brijot Gen2 machine” used in the Orlando, Fla. federal courthouse.

  • And thank god that Congress had the foresight to give the president the power to simply turn off the internet at any time. We can’t have them terrorist just cyber surfing with such things as freedom of speech. After all we got main stream media to tell us the TRUTH. Even tho that all main stream media is owned by those people with direct affiliation to the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank I would be surprised if the most reading this even knew where money comes from. sheeple

  • By the way I hate being patted down and I would never go through a body scanner but I would never divert their attention just to show a REAL security threat could happen while they are distracted with me. Make sure you are not being followed by sleeper cells trying to take advantage of the situation.

  • If that happens that will add more fuel to the fire. More idiotic reasons to make more stupid videos and post them online. Once again GET A LIFE. There must be something you must be good at other then be pestering people trying to do a job you may not like.

  • Someone sure needs to get a life. Nothing better else to do then harrass people trying to do their jobs. I don't care how meaningless that job may be it's still their job. It would have been nice if those people had some balls and had taken your camera and deleted everything. What is it with naked kids? That comes out of your mouth every now and then. How obsessed are you with kids? I wonder if 6 months from they find those kinds of pictures in your computer. You will cry "CONSPIRACY".

  • It's disturbing how easily people are willing to give up our liberties and overlook the bill of rights.

  • I can't believe i just waisted minutes of my life watching this!!!! You sir have absolutely no idea how ignorant you are......

  • You need to get some friends!

  • SAM GREAT JOB, YOU DID EVERYTHING PERFECT !

  • you are a fucking douchebag it looked like you were trying to video tape security procedures thats why you got the atention of the tsa and police people like you should be beat with a fucking rubber hose !!!!!!

  • @djsupreme01- Did you watch the video? Did you see that the TSA's own manual explicitly allows filming of TSA?

Why do you suppose DFW had no problem but DTW caused a big scene when I was doing the same thing?

No need for the insults and personal attacks, it only diminishes your character.

  • Wow. What a great video. I'm stunned. Top to bottom, all 3 videos are amazing. Excellent work. I dont think Sam Dodson or anyone else could've handled it any better, even the big man himself, Alex Jones. Sam Dodson put them on the spot and countered their every constitution violating move with precision. Too bad they can arrest anyone on false charges, which is a shame. This video is something everyone should see. Very informative and high quality production.

  • if these things work on high frequency waves, all we got to do is weve brase or aluminum fibers into shirts hats and pants, they wont be able to see through it,ill find a way,but that's the best way i can think of so far,its like makeing a feraday cage, they wont be able to get past your clothing, them crack heads wont like them apples

  • thats awsome man, everyone needs to do this, pissing cops off is fun as hell, see how much fun he is haveing lol

  • FACT: More Air Marshals have been arrested for committing crimes than arrests made by Air Marshals. Utube it there is a congressman who exposes this fact. It has cost 200 million per arrest.

  • Great Job! It's inspiring to see you stand up to this institutionalized bullying. I tried to imagine doing the same thing, and I realize how scared I would be. You've done an incredible job learning how to be calm and pull off something like this. A real inspiration to us all! Thank you!

  • TSA and the Airport Police did a good job, indeed. Both parties are on the look-out for suspicious activity, such as filming TSA activities with no apparent reason. Obviously you walked into the airport to do and say sensational things in an effort to make security personnel and law enforcement look ridiculous. You intentionally and successfully wanted to call attention to yourself. The over dramatized commentary suggests the video alone can't convey the message you wanted it to.

  • Sam, can I make a very important suggestion. Do not make unfounded accusations or claims against the officers as these could be used against you. Stick to the facts and just ask questions eg do you have reasonable cause to search my property? Are you aware that the Constitution forbids unreasonable search and seizure etc.

  • @GoCo77 Absolutely. Thank you for your suggestion. It's taken me a lot of practice and experience to do this calmly. I'm always looking for pointers. Send me a PM if you have specifics.

  • Anyone can go into any apo and film TSA "doing their job". I don't work for TSA but if I'm traveling and I see anyone filming/questioning TSA like you did I would actually tell TSA and airport police that you were indeed acting suspicious and if need-be offer myself as a witness. Point being, you acted abnormal because you were not filming family or friends (which is what most humans do with a cam at apo's) you deserved being detained, questioned etc. Apo police and TSA did an excellent job :)

  • @spam91504 Good comment, but on the other hand, there seems to be something wrong when uncle sam can DV and surveil with thousands of cameras everywhere. George Orwell was right and Hitler would have been very proud. Chertoff has a financial stake in the body scanners. 911MissingLinkscom

  • I just think someone took his tooth paste away and he is bitter about it. Why is he so crazed about naked children? naked adults isnt bad? Sounds like he thinks about kids too much or in sick ways. As for the guy talking about anal probe you take your shoes belt and watch off maybe and thats it, bunch of cry babies...

  • funny they anal probe you and they let pallets of freight go on unchecked.

  • I think before you make a video like this, you should research the fourth amendment a little better. Had you done that, you would have realized that your expecttion to privacy is minimal the minute you exit the confide of your home let alone enter into a airport. Like the threat in a prison, 9/11 has forced airports to be on alert for anything suspicious which limits your fourth amendment. But you already know about your right to privacy and thats why the security officers walked away from you.

  • all of this would go much faster if you weren't wasting your time and just followed the procedures. your just wasting your time and theirs. yes all this security is a joke, but why mess with it, your doing no good. people who follow the procedures get through the process quickly and its done. no problem.

  • So you complain about the TSA not being able to catch security threats. So you created a security threat, and got caught. Amazing.

  • No, I filmed people in blue shirts just "doing their job". Hardly a threat, and I had 45 min to leave before airport police managed to show up.

It did however divert attention from any real credible security threats and pull the drug dog off the baggage for about an hour. Mission accomplished TSA!|

  • How can this guy get away with this? I'm amazed....

  • Excellent video series, Sam.

    Civil disobedience at its finest.

  • Whoever the guy is that's making these videos is a fucking dime-a-dozen constitution toting college kid a.k.a. overexcited simpleton.

The cops in these videos were absolutely destroying you in regard to verbal conduct. You had nothing new or intelligent to say aside from the typical "LOL MY RIGHTS, MY RIGHTS!" and "PEOPLE GOOD, GOVERNMENT BAD" garbage.

The police, bomb unit, TSA, and FSD were all very professional in these videos. You on the other hand made yourself look like a complete ass.

  • The airline industry is a private business, so therefore you must follow any rules they set forth in order to fly on their aircraft. In other words if I get a ride in your car, I have to follow all the rules you set forth. The TSA was set up to PROTECT YOU!!!!! If you dont like the rules, DONT FLY!!!!!!

  • This guy is an anarchist.

He is the problem, not the police or the TSA.

  • "Why do you take naked videos of children?" Are you kidding me? You must be mentally impaired. 1st, they aren't taking "naked" pictures, 2nd, even if they were, I'd rather that than be on a plane that towlie blows up because you're too much of an ACLU pu**y to allow the government to prevent it.

  • Does the TSA harass pilots and flight attendants as much as they harass passengers?

  • Oh man, I love your laconic style: " I'm not videotaping right now.....I'm broadcasting" So funny. brilliant!

  • Very well done and so revealing... it's too bad the sheep-le can't comprehend the truth.

I've cut back on my flying because I am afraid of the thugs... although the ones I'm afraid of work for the TSA.

  • Nice conspiracy theory diatribe... First, the body scanners used here in the U.S. do not take "naked" photos of anyone. They use millimeter wave technology to produce a virtual 3-d image. The back-scatter x-ray machines that take 'naked' pics are over in Britian genius! Also, children are never put into the scanners here.

If you use surveilence techniques on a security checkpoint and it's personel, you are going to be questioned until they are certain you are not a threat genius!

  • @Krash900 - Thanks I'll be sure to ask them why the want 3-D images next time. There's a report out that shows the machines can store and send the images, google it.

In the process of making sure some guy with a big obvious camera (not any number of high quality spy cams available today) is not a threat, they pulled resources from all over the airport, pulled the dog off the luggage, and created a huge hole in security.

  • And there are aliens in hanger 18 at Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio... google it! Just because it's on the internet, doesn't make it true. The scanners in use here in the U.S. do not store images, nor are they connected to any network to transmit them.

Are you saying TSA should ignore an obvious surveilence threat? You pulled those resources away with your little stunt. Thanks for helping out there genius.

  • Perhaps you should read the TSA's own blog before you comment again:

"While the equipment has the capability of collecting and storing an image, the image storage functions will be disabled by the manufacturer before the devices are placed in an airport and will not have the capability to be activated by operators."

So they do store images. They just are not enabled on delivery.

His 'little stunt' was perfectly legal. Apparently some people in the TSA don't like it when people follow the law.

  • So according to the TSA Blog, which you quoted, they DO NOT STORE the images. Wasn't that the point? They don't store the images?

Nobody said his little stunt was illegal. It was just a stupid act that needlessly pulled resources away so Mr. Obscured Truth can feel all smug and superior. A childish act with possible deadly ramifications.

  • I was pointing out the fact that, while you said: "The scanners in use here in the U.S. do not store images" , the TSA itself stated that "the equipment has the capability of collecting and storing an image". You say they don't save images. I say they have the ability. Slippery slope.

"It was just a stupid act..." The rest of your comment is your opinion. You are welcome to it. Just as I am welcome to disagree with it.

The person was doing nothing illegal. The TSA had no power to harass him.

  • I understand your slippery slope argument. When Govt agencies start to over-reach, it is a scary thought for sure.

I just don't like pulling off an intentional false alarm, just to see what the TSA would do.

He brought all that unwanted attention upon himself with his actions. If he films agents and procedures, he is going to be questioned. When you're trying to secure an area, having someone point out how you do it isn't helping.

  • @obscuredtruth Great vids ! Can't believe all the shill, troll and ignorant comments...TSA must have some lobby !

Your doing a great job exposing these thugs...keep up the good work and don't feed the trolls !

  • Soooo. The ONLY reason they're installing body scanners is so they can look at naked children?

    Correlation does not imply causation.

    Stop being an idiot

  • Uh, did you watch the video? There's a bit more to it than that. It kind of lays it out in the first 60 seconds.

  • he's an idiot because he doesn't want people looking at his naked kids? sounds like you are the idiot

  • WONDERFUL AND REAL REPORTING!!!

  • @Pafoofnik1- Well since it wasn't in quotes, it appeared as if it were your own statement. I still stand by what I said though.

  • This was way too dramatic. Comparing this to the fictional work 1984 seems a little irrational. Why not compare it to something real? There are plenty of examples in history, why does everyone cling to 1984?

I admire their self control. In the end, you were not arrested and allowed to go on your way. If you had called me a pedophile, I'd have not been so calm about it.

  • HAVE YOU BEEN PUSHED THAT FAR? ARE YOU WILLING TO TAKE UP ARMS AGAINST YOUR GOVT? ARE YOU WILLING TO LAY DOWN YOUR LIFE FOR YOUR PRINCIPLES? IF NOT THEN SHUT UP AND STOP WHINING LIKE A BUNCH OF BABIES! I think life is pretty good. I don't feel any less free now then I did ten or twenty years ago.

  • Sorry, I believe in peace. If you haven't seen any changes in the police powers over the last 20 years, then stick your head back in the sand. By the time they come for you there will be nobody left to stand up for you.

  • how will you feel once you have been violated by some punk cop on a power trip?

  • How come he would never answer the police question about weather or not he was asking about security procedures? He kept getting on the case of the police for not answering his questions, when he was doing the exact same thing. Seems kind of hypocritical for someone who considers them selves so self righteous. If people like Sam think they are better then the govt. then they should hold themselves to a higher standard and not play silly games. Sam was all about the silly games from what I saw.

  • Why did you approach any of the security personal at all? You think you are an intelligent person, and you must know that they are just low level flunkies who act like a bunch of lemmings. If you really wanted to get answers, you wouldn't be running around the airport treating it like a circus. Instead you would be contacting the upper echelons of TSA, or DHS.

  • Comment removed

  • It's impossible to stop every terrorist that walks pass airport security. More security just results in more people's privacy and freedom taken away. How much more are you willing to give up for people in security positions? Didn't it ever occur to you that a terrorist could become a security member himself just so he can get away with planning a massive attack on the people? Words of wisdom: There's always a flaw in every system known to man. No security is perfect.

  • obsuredtruth....i see you have ideas on WHO you would like to run the security checkpoints...went to the website and still don't see HOW they would run them??? Apparently you would just feel better if it was a non-government employee running the body scanners then a government employee.

  • I have no idea HOW to run the most effective security given the threats they face. I'm not a security expert, I would leave it in their hands. You propose putting it in the hands of an unaccountable bureaucracy, where failure is rewarded with more funding. You don't see a problem with that?

  • @obscuredtruth No matter who runs the security there will be problems, costs, and failures due to the threat constantly changing. The fact of the matter is the flying public is not safe and that is because security has to accomodate people who throw around 'their rights'.

  • you idiots that bash tsa must be terrorist

let me educate you did you know that tsa workers some are former miltary former police and and fireman bashing them is bashing are veterans..who at one time fought for are freedoms

    think about it

  • So for those of you thinking we need to leave the 'full blooded white people' alone (as psychotickid22 suggests), maybe you should just ask American born and raised Michael C. Finton who tried to trigger a bomb packed in a van that he parked outside of the Paul Findley Federal Building in Springfield, Illinois. They are out there and they will stop at nothing.

The act of just one person can damage us all.

  • Maybe you should take a look at Bin Ladens latest statement. Al-Qaida isnt stupid, they are only getting smarterlatest reports suggest that they are recruiting blond-haired, blue eyed-types.

  • I admit the TSA needs to work more on being Proactive and less Reactive, yet its people like you that prevent them from moving forward before stuff happens. They seem to have to wait and prove that the threat is out there for only some of you to at least wake up.

  • So I would love to hear your ideas on a better way. What would you like TSA to do to try and find those bombs located in passengers underwear like the one on Christmas Day? Would you like them to just grab everyones crotch as they come through the checkpoint?.

  • You said to EntourogeNow that he or she doesnt have any comments on your ideas that are presented in your videos, yet I didnt seem to hear any ideas of yours on how to keep American and our Children safeas you suggest you dont trust TSA in keeping them safe at the end of the video and not for reasons of there not being enough security but for reasons that the security itself is dangerous.

  • it's in the video. Allow competition and free markets to handle airport security. Allow airlines to set the appropriate level of security for their customers.

If you want to learn more There's a free audio book at a website called Free Keene.

  • @obscuredtruth I do very much wanna see how your "cop friends" would view this video. BTW I read up on you and your other incidents. You think you're so smart, but you know nothing. High production values doesn't equal truth. Harrassing people doesn't equal journalism. And none of this equals an expose on gov't. Flying is not a right. If you're gonna fly, there are rules. But we already know you have an authority problem. Did the big bad gov't take your Sega away when you were little?

  • Your correct, flying is not a right. So tell me, where in your constution does it grant the government the ability to setup checkpoints at air, buts and train stations? Can you point out in the bill of rights where it says, I have a right to be secure in my papers possession and things except at airports?

What are these rules you speak of? The TSA won't tell us what they are. Seems kind of arbitrary and ripe for abuse don't you think?

  • All right; Im going to address this in two parts, but theyll probly be long, so bear with me.

    1. You say your Constitution. I hope thats a typo. Otherwise you should be calling it our Constitution or the Constitution. Because thats what it is as long as youre a citizen of this country. If you dont like it, feel free to find another country.

    (continued)

  • 2. You continue to speak of the Bill of Rights. The only amendment that is relevant to your claims is the 4th amendment, the protection against unreasonable search and seizure. Now as to what you were saying, the Declaration of Independence was in 1776. The Wright Brothers first recorded flight was 1901. Commercial aviation didnt start taking off, so to speak, until the days of Howard Hughes, and even then it didnt take hold as a mass transportation network until the last half-century.

  • Thus the fallacy of your statements; there is no way the Founding Fathers could have predicted such situations as flying planes into buildings, let alone flight itself. Therefore, they could not have guaranteed rights regarding such travel. And in this day and age, say for example your mother is on a plane. Youd want to be sure that everyone on that plane was good to go, right? That there were no terrorists, and that mom wasnt going to be in danger? Im sure you would.

  • So is it not then reasonable, with all the acts against the USA in the last 15 years, to search people to make sure no ones going to try to blow mom out of the sky?

Allowing the airlines to provide their own level of security wouldnt work. The first time someone with less than security measures were to suffer an attack would be the last, as they would wind up bankrupted because no one would trust them. The media would undoubtedly destroy them for their failure.

  • Which all brings me to my final point. Your 1st amendment rights guarantee you not just Free Speech, but the ability to make a redress of grievances to your government. You can go to your local, state, or right up to your Federal representatives and grieve this issue. And they have to listen. If you present yourself minus sarcasm and anger, you will be able to have a chance to effect policy change. You can propose an amendment to the Constitution. Youre articulate enough, go for it.

  • Make a proposition to your government, then use your YouTube to get the word out. Grassroots works in this country, but you have to commit to it. Use your idealism to create a new law of the land. You can do it. Our Constitution encourages such actions.

  • "Allowing the airlines to provide their own level of security wouldnt work."

It worked from 1901 until 2001. Then a knee jerked.

Why am I paying for a private company's security?

  • @Pafoofnik1 EXACTLY IM NOT GOING TO PAY THE PRIVATE SECURITY AND HELP A FAT CEO GET MORE MONEY

  • @pafoofnik A fallacy; "a service only a few use." Tens of millions travel by plane every year. I don't see how that counts as "a few."

Why are you paying for it? Because that many people use it, and danger is not unique to the sky itself. You'll notice that for all those that fly there are many more millions on the ground that could be killed by the whim of a terrorist just as they were on 9/11. Aside from that, ask George W. Bush, since he created the agency. He knows why TSA exists.

  • @DTownBender: "Tens of millions travel by plane every year. I don't see how that counts as "a few.""

There are 138 million taxpayers in the U.S.

I don't think U.S. taxpayers should be paying for a private companies security.

  • @Pafoofnik1

1901-2001 huh? Seeing as how powered flight wasn't invented till 1903! And the first actual airline till a loooooooooong time after that! That's the problem with people like you! You never get your facts straight and throw out all sorts of emotionally charged "facts" that have no basis in reality.

  • "1901-2001 huh?"

Yes. I was answering DTownBenders comment and using his own dates.

"That's the problem with people like you! You never get your facts straight "

I have made three comments on this channel, including this one. Please quote any statement I made that is false and a cite to the proof that it is false.

  • Mr. Sam maybe you should spend more time doing research on terrorists in the past few years and not so much on TSA procedures and you will see that the TSA isnt just trying to intrude on peoples privacy for no apparent reason.

  • "what are u videotaping?"....answer: "your dog!" Classic!!

  • Sam; You're doing a great job with these videos. BTW, you're the best guest on FTL, ever. You should do more exploits like this, imo.

  • To answer your question about why TSA isn't out grabbing real criminals. Thats because they have to deal with assholes like you.

  • @EntourogeNow - Nothing to say about the ideas, facts or actions presented in the videos.

Just I'm an asshole. Very insightful.

  • Well I guess this guy has proven that he is not one to trust. He edited the original video and stated on his new one "This is the updated version with the fake body scanner image removed. " Go figure! Proved himself a liar!
