Out of the 13 diamond doves I have, I have two pairs: Arabia and Feathers and Sombra and Cielo who preen themselves frequently like this when they are not sitting on eggs or chicks. Usually when they are getting ready to have another family that's when they preen themselves like this. I love it when diamond dove pairs preen each other like this! It's so sweet! Very nice looking pair by the way!
