You know I don't think this trailer adequately reflects the tone of the movie. It has a few comedic moments, but it's not a romantic comedy. That being said, I thought the movie explored some interesting characters and Robin Wright Penn was amazing in it. Blake Lively was also perfectly cast, as was Alan Arkin. This is worth seeing just for the performances.

But I can't say it's really good movie. It's both. This movie is divided into 2 parts, past and present. I liked her past more than her present

I saw this on October 12 at the Mill Valley Film Festival. It's an interesting and complicated movie. There are very funny moments and some moments of great sadness. I haven't yet decided how much I liked the movie, but it's certainly worth seeing for anyone who likes something other than mainstream studio pictures.
