Whitechapel is just popular because they were some of the first, but if you have ever heard of Slaughter At The Engagement Party, then they're better than chelsea grin, but chelsea grin has some of the highest screams around.

@MRXXXXDEATHCOREXXXX for starters, i killed everyone isn't that good... but they are more brutal than chelsea grin. second, i've heard slaughter at the engagement party, sounds like yelling garbage. they don't even really do vocals. 3rd. higher pitched vocals better? more like higher pitched = gay unbrutal screamo. and the higher screams are done by chainsaw disasters. and they suck because of those high screams. brutality is depth, overtone, piercing and power in vocals, all of which.

@BMTH7891 alot of them are computer enhanced to an extent. now i'm not dissing the band with that remark, but i'm an aspiring vocalist, and i can tell when things sound that bit fake, and chelsea grin's stuff sometimes sounds extremely fake =(, maybe not to the extent of, per say.. bring me the horizon, but their is some editing there. and i give no credit to not only average vocal bands, but average vocal bands that can't perform their average vocals..
