It is strong but no where near your claim. you are pushing reliability past 400whp. Not talking dyno queen. IMO the VG and 2J are the most comfortable above 500whp DD bone stock. VG are a pain to work on though.

I'm sorry, then the 720 whp gt35r evoVIII sitting in my driveway must be a lie. Obviously the 2j is a class of its own but you can't rule out the 4g. I only had to keep increasing injector size on my evo to keep up with the a/f requirements. As for the VG, I've never had a 300ZX or any such car so I'm not sure how they hold up. The VQ series is pretty easy, but not big on numbers.
