@DarthJedi2005remixes Hell, even those yellow & black ones are still better than today's ones. At least the yellow & black idents kept the same jingle (theme tune) played in these idents here.
there was one that i remember a little of and can't think of what year it was... but all i remember was like an astronaut theme with a neon yellow spaceship and a person inside or something like that
Wasn't the "Feeling down? Get off the ground" ident one that was created as the result of a viewer competition? Well done to the winner - it lives on! :-)
Whose idea was it to take down these REALLY GOOD idents? I found it unsettling when these idents disappeared since October 1997.
Albert Einstein was a GENIUS so why DIDN'T he invent a time machine which he NEARLY did, was GOING to do, was SUPPOSED to do and even KNEW HOW to do?
There'll just have to be someone ELSE AS intelligent as him (in other words, this 'someone else' will have to be a genius) but Stephen Hawking only CLAIMS to be a genius when really he ISN'T one AT ALL.
I have to say that I still personally find the 1991-94 CBBC ident easily the best they ever did. Some of these ones are still good though- certainly better than the bland black & yellow things bought in 1997.
I know what you mean. They should've at least kept that same tune you heard in all of them. Both that tune and the idents remind me of Children's BBC back when I was a kid. There's harldy anything left of the old CBBC now... except maybe ChuckleVision.

I can't tell if I'm on drugs or not

Wow, I actually remember these! Although the yellow ones that came along after these were the ones I remember most.

These aren't CBBC - they're Children's BBC... sorry to be pedantic but there is a difference...
SPTSuperSprinter156 2 years ago
CBBC and Children's BBC are the same thing - they just shortened the name in 1997. It was informally called CBBC before then.
thepod96 2 years ago
@SPTSuperSprinter156 - In fact there is no difference in CBBC and Childrens BBC, it was just shortened to make it sound more interesting

I hate it when Idents have too much CGI. It just makes them awful

I'm afraid I can't tell the difference in quality between this and the original file you uploaded, even in "&fmt=18" formatting.
AidanLunn 3 years ago
Try adding "&fmt=22" to trigger the HD format.
