while people may call you afraud i fine what you teach very informative, i remember learning something similar to this at my teachers ninjutsu school.
the triangle regarding balance , refers to each foot being a point and the third point is the " balance point", a point where if you push some one towards that point, they will loose their balance. This guy in this video is explaining moving his feet in a trianglur pattern, halarious really.
Everyone claiming to study ninjitsu i'm sorry, that style is very rare, and I doubt they would show videos of there techniques freely, the only REAL, legit ninjitsu school, is actually in japan, anywhere else is just fake, and Americanized, and will get your butt kicked in a street fight. =(
@Sabre809 You're very, very wrong. This video of course is bullshit. I take Togakure Ryu Bujinkan Ninjutsu, and see many flaws with this vid and others from this guy. But my instructors train in Japan with Grandmaster Soke Hatsumi at least yearly. I pay a cheap price for up to 10 hours of training a week, if I have the time. Some in my dojo train for free. It's very lejit and quite versatile and useful for street fights.
his lineage is fake. other than that, he is a great budoka (look it up)
"He's our grandmaster, the student of Takematsu"
you mean Takamatsu Toshitsugu (高松 寿嗣) a man who wrote a letter to his teacher in kukishen ryu telling them he was leaving to make his own ryu. this was AFTER he asked to use their name, and some incorporated karate,(for marketability ;] ) to open a dojo
" I train in Togakure Ryu Ninjutsu. What are you getting at?"
@adrozemog You just proved my point though, hes legit cause he's actually trained with someone who does TRUE ninjitsu. And yes its good that he makes you pay cheap, my sensei does the same thing lol. we only pay 25 dollars a month for 4 hours of training a day and 8 hours on saturdays, really great deal if you ask me, but my instructor is a teacher of Shorin-Ryu, and Ryu-Te lol. =)
"You just proved my point though, hes legit cause he's actually trained with someone who does TRUE ninjitsu"
uh, what have you been smoking? he hasnt proved a thing... or did i miss some of that? you dont mean to say that takamatsu was REALLY trained in ninjutsu do you?
"And yes its good that he makes you pay cheap"
atleast he isnt lying to you expensively...
"my instructor is a teacher of Shorin-Ryu, and Ryu-Te lol."
WOW a menkyo grading in 2 arts? thats impressive, if its real
@Arteanor Uh, seriously? Do you have to be such a jerk about this? I haven't said one rude thing to you, and here you are going off on me, seriously, martial artist should have respect...I haven't disrespected you at all, and yet you choose to go off on me. =/ Such a world we live in..
@Sabre809 "Uh, seriously? Do you have to be such a jerk about this? " wait a second, i helped you correct an error and IM the jerk? "I haven't said one rude thing to you" thats not exactly true, its rude to assume your own perfection.. "and here you are going off on me, seriously, martial artist should have respect" and i have shown it. "I haven't disrespected you at all, " other than expecting me to swallow your logical fallacies as facts... '=/ Such a world we live in." is right...
@Arteanor I didn't mean no disrespect, but you should know, that usually a majority of American dojo's aren't legit, its hard to fine real authenticity, and traditionalism. and I'm glad you agree that the world we live in isn't as good as it use to be..
@Arteanor Stop being such a smart ass. You can't just tell people that they don't train a specific martial art. What the fuck do you know? Your arguments do not get at anything except victory. You focus all your energy on telling the other person that they are wrong, but do not show them that they are wrong. I train Bujinkan Ninjutsu, we've been to Hatsumi's dojo. Hatsumi created Bujinkan, a denomination of Ninjutsu, (like Catholisism is to Judiasm for an analogy). Get off our fucking case.
@Sabre809 My dojo trains directly with the dojo in Japan. My instructor is good friends with Hatsumi Sensei. I agree alot of stuff you'll see is severely downgraded, but on the other hand the techniques are practiced freely. This video is bullshit though. This is not real Ninjutsu, it's MMA. Totally different principles from the Bujinkan or Genbukan.
the last practitioner of ninjutsu was fujita seiko, he died over 40 years ago, and he didnt pass on his school.
fortunately, we DO have a multitude of documents left by shinobi, check out what they have over at the shinobi soldiers series here on youtube. the closest you will get to ninjutsu online.
We all can't learn the great lessons in Ninjutsu, Some need money others need there um.... Triangulation, what is that anyway strangulation with a triangle?
where the hell does he come up with this shit???? Ive trained in japan and trained with many 15th dans all over the world and i am the last person he wants to see this crap video LOL its people like this that give ninjutsu a bad rep.
"its people like this that give ninjutsu a bad rep." and people like yourself. who go about proclaiming themselves as part of ninjutsu and its practitioners...
seems you need another history lesson... i thought you'd have learned the last time...
@Arteanor that comment was made 6 months ago, and i stand by what i said. This is not , by any stretch of the imagination ninjutsu AT ALL ( he even calls it ninjitsu - omg i mean really) There is a sort of triangle, explination regarding balance in true ninjutsu but it is exactly not what this fool is showing here.
i wont respond to anymore of your shit comments as this video/ page is a waste of space.
"that comment was made 6 months ago, and i stand by what i said" nice to see you stubbornly refuse to change your views EVEN when your shown to be wrong.
"There is a sort of triangle, explination regarding balance in true ninjutsu"
REALLY? in what scroll is this balance triangle you speak of? and how does it account for us only having 2 feet?
"i wont respond to anymore of your shit comments "
AH thats right, because you are unable to fathom your own errors you ignore them.
@Arteanor rly wat do u get anything from ninjutsu from urself? do u have personal exp?ur some fat guy in a basement w nothing to do then to waste ppl time on here.who died n made u expert on bujinkan u moron.

"there were many ,many clans refered to in the time as "ninja clans" "
yes, and your point is? not one of them has had any transmission of a ryu of ninjutsu in the last 80 years besides fujita.
"many grand masters still teach ninjutsu, "
name one then.
i can save you the trouble if you are going to name: ashida kim, greg park, david haliva, jinichi kawakami, chris(ta) jacobson, masaaki hatsumi, frank dux, juan hombre, i can name more if you like...
If you spent as much time learning the Filipino arts as much as you do bullshitting and trying to rip it off then you might know something. This style of Ninjitsu is a joke. . . . Maybe I should invite Mr. Tew to one of my courses. . . . .
Yeah, this would NOT work. The speed of his fist beats the spead of your footwork. You want good counters to punching? Look at some boxing videos, they sort of do the same thing in that they slip to the side of the punch.

"How can you know that it isn't real?" we can check against the historical ninjutsu manuals.
"Ninjutsu has a combat component, It is what the ninja used!" where did this come from?
"It's historical fact.It came from Kung-Fu (we all know China invents everything)...."
no, it is not historical fact. it is media-driven misconception.
i suggest you check out ninja vs samurai in my faves....
