  • she has sexy legs

  • i want that chair!!! can anyone help me out. like what its called or what that style of chair is called

  • @gtownroman I love it too! I'm quite sure it's an eames chair lounge.

  • i remember seeing the movie and couldnt really get into it. however it did do a great job of capturing the essence of the 80s. it was a time where basically anything went.

    eriod. nothing was sacred

  • I love this scene, great one liner "gram, your forgetting something, we're both sleeping with martin."

  • I could never share someone with somebody else, but I understand the whole lifestyle, it's just not for me. I can tell by the look on his face that he is now realizing he has feelings for her. He has to be my favorite character. =] I love his jacket he wears on and off during most of the movie.

  • BAHAHAHA "You know I'm on the Pill!"

  • the book is great.

  • I LOVE Bret's novel: The Informers (along with Less Than Zero and Lunar Park really hit home with me). I must have read it ten times since it came out in '94. After the first reading, I had to write him, and he actually wrote me back, a full single page, typewritten and hand-addressed. That was the best. I still get all stupid and happy about it, but fuck it.

  • brett rocks. i didnt really care for lunar park. but all his other books are top notch.

  • thqats actually really cool i can understand why youde be so happy BEE is genius!

  • Thanks! Yeah, it was one of those once-in-a-lifetime "little" things....I had to put it in an 81/2 x 11 Mylar sleeve and everything!

  • @229095 That is such a nice gesture. Oh, be "stupid and happy about it", because you are so entitled!

Jon Foster's style in this film is nice, too.

I've only read Less than Zero by BEE. Very hardhitting.

  • @229095 : I love Bret's novel too! So witty, intelligent, both dark and funny. Lunar Park is the best, imo, it's more than just a tribute to Stephen King. It's something new, different from any other novel I've ever read. I'm really looking forward to reading Bret's next work. I can understand how do you feel about that letter, there's nothing stupid about it :)
