Lana married Pete Ross, and had a son named Clark. Then Pete was Vice-President under Lex Luthor and following Lex's impeachment, Ross became President of The United States for a time, with Lana as his First Lady. Eventually Lana and Pete separated, since then Lana has been working as CEO of Lexcorp.
