There are many procedures to do so.

I prefer cooking some budd in some sort of substance with fat-containers.

The fat will draw the THC out of the budd, this could be butter, milk or something like that. Heat it up, put in the budd, stir around for 10-20 minutes and use it to bake a cake or pancakes, whatever you feel like :)

Remember to filter the substance for strains and leaves ofcourse or you might get an even more funny tasting cake ;D

Bob Marley is a genius and all, but we all must keep in mind Peter Tosh helped write and wrote many of the songs performed..
