well I have no idea how the heck people get that message because it is non stop when working at the call center,.. I have made a few parodies of my job called, of course, Time Warbler Cable.
I switched to AT&T's fiber optic line, their internet is fucking slow. I only use internet to play Halo: Reach, I have their 7Mbps speed, which is good for gaming, but found out that they're using shitty DSL lines from an AT&T salesperson who enlightened me. Yeah, fuck 'em, rich bastards trying to monopolize the net industry. I hate corporeate american companies like this. Total scum. But yeah, with their net it took me 10 minutes to watch a youtube video. LOL... what a joke

Lol, I'm in east Ohio, and I get problems too, somehow they shut down the service when I use a wireless router, and then blame it on my wireless router after it has been working for a few weeks.
Most of you guys are lucky that Time Warner isn't a monopoly in your area.
They treat Los Angeles like crap, and there is nothing we can do about it. FiOs isn't even across the street to my apartment but it's still too far for them to go.

Time warner in Wisconsin is pretty bad too. My city has had the largest rate increases in the entire state. My bill has increased about 80% just over the last 5 years.
AT&T and Verizon Fios has been trying to get in here for awhile but Time Warner has been fighting it. I cannot wait to see some other choices.
Hey the Albany Division is really great. The bald guy that runs it has a video on you tube with her having sex with an employee and he does not even know it. She worked at the front counter last year...I don't know where she is now...talk about customer service...only in Albnay

Well thank you for responding, and I am well aware that it is not an overnight process, but the thing I'm complaining about is that this has been going on for about 2 years (I acknowledge that there has been a fair amount of faults on my end). Part of the reason my last comment was so short with your company is that the Xbox Live service had just got out of a major server crash, so I was expecting to be able to play again. In other words, the TW server failure was kind of a slap in the face.
Oh no worries sir, trust me, I am a gamer myself and I have the same issues you have. It is very frustrating and all I can do is give you my promise I will do everything in my power to help you get back online, and if I can't, get you the credit to your account you deserve. Again, no worries about the post, venting helps the anger :-) Have a good day!
thats funny because our system was down one day, for about 5 hours... and it was only our billing system. so unless you called numerous time in a 30 min span, you wont get this message everytime.
