  • yes!

finally 21 now this can be my best friend.

  • The best .25 ACP ever made.

  • pew pew pew

  • i have this wayyyyyyyyyyyyy better than any22

  • @07350zhr

uhhmmmm, no, the .25 is very expensive and puny ammo compared to the .22LR . There is no reason for the .25 to exist.

  • @Blahblobify ive ran over 300 rounds and never one jam i have a bobcat 22 jams almost every mag

  • Comment removed

  • @Blahblobify Interesting You've had problems with the .25 centerfire round, and re,member, that .22 ballistically is rated as shot through a long barrel, unlike the .25 which is rated in a 2" barrel. It makes a big difference. I've also had a fair number of .22 rounds that didn't fire when shot, the primers might have had voids.

  • @Oldbmwr100rs

22 LR from a 2 1/2" barrel does about 850 fps, the hyper velocity Stingers do 1000+.

The .25 waddles around 750 fps, 800 if you're lucky.

Yes, I'm well aware of the .22 velocity being rated from rifle barrels thanks.

  • @Blahblobify well maybe thats just you. if you scroll down youll see that 9 people gave thumbs up to sj507 agreeing with .25 being much more reliable.

  • @07350zhr

I know, I've read all about how rimfire ignition isn't as reliable , I find that odd since all the 22's I've owned over the years seemed to work just fine.

  • @Blahblobify well thats just me. everyone has there own opinions =)

  • is this a shooting range in bend?

  • anyone know of a company that makes a small frame semi-auto pistol like this one but only ambidextrous or just for left handed? maybe in a 25, 32 or 380?

  • he he its so cute...

  • Be sure to wear ear protection shooting one of those little .25's. Had my ears ringing first time I shot it, not expecting such a loud report from such a small thing!

  • u can get ur cap peeled back by a 25...its little but deadly...dont under estimate it

  • lol i made my own musket pistol...

  • Nice little nose gun, stick it up their nose and pull the trigger then hope for the best!

  • can this penetrate through a door or two?

  • that would be fun to have

  • hey mate in future i will move to a big city where it is not as safe

so i m thinking about getting a pocket pistol

how much damage would this pistol do to an invader?

would it take their life straight away or just disable them ?

  • @grantourismo0109 look at a 380 p3at from kel tec for more stopping power and its still very small

  • It is not the calibre, it is where you place the shot. The 950 is a very reliable and well made piece.

  • can that kill a burglar?

  • @littlebitdee ...fired in his neck , id say yeah......that would sure mess up his burglary nite.....

  • @littlebitdee yes. its documented.

  • nice vid...These videos of these small guns are nice.. SOme you can barely see around your hand. The first thing I think of when i hear these small guns pop is the lack of respect they get...I would not rely on a .22, .25 or .32 on winning a gunfight or taking someone down. But every time you hear the gun "POP" you have to think, "Man would I hate to be on the other end of that barrel".

  • First off I love my Beretta .25 cal do I carry it for self defense I have to say yes and no to that in the summer time people are wearing less clothing so I will carry it less clothing easier penetration plus no one want to get shoot but my gun of choice is my 40 cal S&W 4016 love that gun and I don't leave the house with out it.

  • um yeah, i love how youtube makes them not sound that loud LOL... these are pretty fucking loud for small cartridge

  • youll shoot your eye out

  • dahora

  • ^_^ i want one

  • i was just watching a C.S.I. special in "reality" someone was shot from close range and died instantly from! one shot to the chest! with this very model.

  • One of my all time favorites. Even in 25 acp, a wonderful gun~

  • careful or you'll go blind

  • @bmzaron1 Plastic can´t damage anyone....

  • my dad has one

  • 25 acp can be horribly lethal if shot in the head.

  • Several cases of the .25 acp just being stuck in the skull without penetration. Better than nothing... but not by much.

  • of course, but may you will need a few rounds ^^

  • any gun can kill someone

  • Hello again. What would you estimate to be the $ value of the 950 Jetfire in the .25 or the .22 short? Would you think it would have any collectable value?? Thank You. sincerely, JAMES.

  • 225$ and no

  • @buzzclark The nickel and inox stainless steel ones have more value. I've seen nickel ones mint or in the box go for $400.

  • @buzzclark I am about to do a trade. I have a 9mm springfield armory XD9 with around 1800 rounds thru it plus 5 mags - I'm trading it straight across for a never been fired, (cannot purchase NEW here in California), Beretta 21 Bobcat .22LR mint condition. REMEMBER - (cannot be purchased NEW here in California) - Any thoughts/comments?? Thanks. Sincerely, JAMES.

  • is .25 considered a suitable defense cartridge? message me back.

  • no, its very under powered, more of a last resort round

  • can this thing get through door?

  • yes, even a car

  • Yes, it is a suitable defense round if you are carrying the pistol, as the pistol will be light / small enough where you won't mind carrying it. Only use FMJ ammunition, for max penetration. If you are talking about a nightstand gun or glovebox gun, then go with at least a 9mm or .38 special.

  • Close up defense, sure. Hell, a .22 round is suitable for close up.

However, if you want to keep distance between yourself and the threat, I'd go larger rounds.

  • @mrpickles478 I would go with 9mm or 22 mag or .38 SPC. .22 Mag is the equivalent of .38 ALMOST

  • Yes but 22 autos jam alot . The 25acp is much more reliable

  • this is true. Lots of misfires with .22's. The centerfire .25 much more reliable in going off.

  • for a lil gun it make alot of noise

  • ill take a .22lr with CCI stinger ammunition over a .25 any day.

  • How about .25 in Magsafe loads vs. those .22 stinger loads?

.25 ammo is much more reliable than the .22 that has lots of misfires.

  • and i'll take a 45acp over a .22lr

  • Lovely

  • neat

  • LOL

  • First gun I shot was My dads .25

I love how small they are and the fact that theres no recoil really

  • the slide doesnt stay open on the last round... what a waste.

  • 25ACP (6,35mm browning) is very expensive ammunation, it costs 15€ for 50 bullets!

  • whoa

that could be used for little kids if you put them in combat

    cool gun dude

  • My friend shot a old car window with one and it just bounced off lol could be lying?

  • yes lmfao

  • i just bought a colt 25 acp

  • i have one of those

    its fun =]

    and tiny.

  • how much are they?

  • round 200$

  • thats what she said -_-

  • HEY-OH!

  • I would possibly be putting in shot if my granma was using this weapon to aid in hitting the target , shot has all the benefits of making a noise also it wont kill anyone if your relative accidentally shoots the postman

Dangerous little tool with the right ammo

  • I got a .25 for my grandma because she couldn't handle a .38, semi autos are to hard for her to rack so I chose a Taurus PT25. No racking needed and the rimless casing of the .25 feeds more reliably than a .22 LR. If someone breaks in she has 9 rounds available. I dont care who you are, you hear rapid gunfire your not sticking around long. Plus I rather have her shoot an intruder several times with something small w/ manageable recoil (FOR HER) than something stronger and miss him completly.

  • that gun is weak.

still wouldnt want to end up on the wrong side of it though.

  • I would love to have something like that in a ankle holster. Can anyone tell me if its possible to get a Walther PPK in the US?

  • if your 21yrold ....yes its now made by smith and wesson in the usa

  • it doesnt matter what the caliber is, i think. if u hit the guy in the head, he's dead no matter what. and if u hit him a couple times anywhere else you'll drop him for sure, giving u the chance to put one in his head or run away

  • yeah same i think all calibers should be respected and that you should never call any gun a pussy gun

  • .22LR (not short) goes 2.5" into solid wood. .25auto (out of the same exact company model in .25 cal.) will penetrate up to 6-to-7" of the same tree stump. try it. .22Lr's are 2nd most common murder calibers in major cities and .25's leading u.s. murders in detroit while murder capital. The 7.62x39mm and .45 being runners up near neck & neck. When someone wants to kill you, any gun to defend urself is better than none. even a knife can alter some goof from making you a statistic.

  • seriously, tell me more about the .25ACP anyone? the owner at my gun store told me to better off with a .22LR he said it has more output energy and penetrates more than the 25 and way cheaper also. which makes more sense because .25acp only has an average of 35-50gr @ 700-800fps while .22LR has 31-60gr @ 900-1700fps, the different is the diameter only non-significant slightly wider than .22 (by .03?) well of course unless im wrong about these whole concepts, otherwise tell me more!

  • the numbers of the 22 are likely out of a rifle barrel and the 25's are from a short pistol barrel

  • hi...so between, 22 and 25 out of a pistol barrel, which one would you recommend?

  • the .25 easily.the .25's centerfire primer is more reliable than a .22's rimfire.check out north american arms.they have some great small .25,.32,and .380 pistols

  • A .25 may be more reliable, but a .22 has better ballistics. So it's a choice between reliability or stopping power relatively speaking.

  • nearly all ballistic numbers for the .22 are out of long rifle barrels and the opposite for the .25

  • Yeah, true. I would like to see a .25 and a .22 compared out of the same length barrel.

  • These only came in .25 acp and .22 short.

The .22 short would not eject shells from hollowpoints, only solid points. The 4 inch barrel model was .22 short.

  • This is not a serious self defense weapon, but getting hit with this round in a relatively vital area is certainly going to ruin your week.

  • Ruin a week? a police officer in Finland got sprayed a full mag from 25 and that ruined his whole life...on disabled pension and a wreck, just stayed alive and that he is sorry for.

  • No doubt. Just making the point that taking a round, even a small one, is rarely trivial.

  • I have seen one of those drop 2 armed robbers in thier tracks (headshots)

    Fell like rocks.........

  • where did you see that? i wanna see that

  • aha!

if you get the rounds well placed, than you and nobody else has the time to be pissed.

at least, after firing the rounds, you can start kicking his ass.

  • Still better than having no gun, LOL. Personally, I would not go bellow a .380, 38special or 9mm... so there MUCH better options for serious self defense.

  • Nice weapon, I would'nt want to stand in front of it!

  • me either, even though its just 25acp

  • anyone seen one of these but with a 4inch barrel? ??

  • i havent

  • how much more is a box of .25 ammo than .22lr?

  • 10 times the amount im afraid, but still fun to shoot and can be reloaded

  • Any gun is a man stopper, you can kill someone with a pellet rifle. Guns are not toys, and .25 acp actually shoots a higher grain bullet then the .22, and barrel length has nothing to do with power. its the projectile, not the thing that shoots it.

  • are you an idiot? seriously, barrel length DOES have an effect on power! the poweder is still burning when it goes down the barrel, ever heard of fast burn or slow burn powders? for crying out loud!

  • Thanks, sure beats .22 tho

  • ACTUALLY THE 22 IS MORE POWERFULL

  • it is more powerful out of a bigger barrel, but out a barrel this short, they are about the same. Dont forget that 25.acp is much more reliable because it is more likely to fir, and feeds better (centrefire, rimless), the 22lr tend to stack funny.. :)

  • i agree and dissagree....true the 25 feeds better and is made for small pistols better than the 22lr, but a 22lr hyper velocity hits much harder than a 25 acp out of anything.

neither, however, would i choose for my defence

  • isnt using hihg pressure rounds dangerous or dameging?

  • no most 22lr pistol, revolvers and rifles are made to take hyper velocity rounds

  • do they still make .25 ammo?

  • yes they do, still alot of pistols that use it. Not a manstopper, but fun to shoot
