@TheChicagoguy It never has never happened, no Brazilian has ever said "dont listen to the black man" or something similar, in fact Obama (a popular president in the Brazilian perspective) chose to talk about his father rather than demonstrating the qualities of his city, the world was aware that Chicago and Tokio was facing resistance from its own population against the Olympic games in their city, If Rio were so horrible as you said why would it recives so many more tourists than your city?
