  • man i cant believe that's the only bit of rice or pasta you can eat, today i made an effort though, my parents always make huge platfuls of it so i only ate half the rice and all the mince with kidney beans and onion bits in it :D i guess it's a start.

  • @emmabee11 ikr? i atleast eat like 4-5 servingsa meal hahaha its notgood for me but im not that fat :) cant beleive how small serving are !

  • @WoWkiddymage Wow! not normal lol id be full after 1 serving, it might look small but see those foods are far more filling so it definatly fills you up, i barely eat anyhting white because i find it really gets me craving more of it but brown stuff does full me up so much better plus digests slower, don't find myself craving more of it. Like id put on my plate a quater of whole grain rice, half a plate of vegies (cant at the moment though because of the ecolie thing) and meat or mince.

    I stick to fatty processed ones :p.

    I am not a nutritionist but different diets work for different people. If your trying to loose weight or lower your fat percentage then yes diets work, eating healthy and selective eating choices are vital. Now I used to be a gym rat, worked out continuously everyday and was able to benchpress twice my weight, this would not be possible if I did not diet accordingly to what my favored desired results were at.

  • I feel so fat lately and i really wanna loose weight but i hate to workout and i love to eat. Can anyone help? Also when i'm bored i eat a lot!

  • Sorry, but good ole exercise and healthy diet is the way to go. I'm a huge binge eater but finally motivated myself and I'm eating very healthy and waking everyday. I've lost five pounds so far this summer!

  • Interesting. However, I wonder how the balance would be different for a vegetarian. I tend to eat less than half when I go out and take it home for leftovers the next few days, but I am not sure if I get enough.
