yeah, i loved her american stuff. Sure, it's a diff. style, but as an entire album might be one of the more solid entries in BoA's discography. I think even her fans just listened to the built in assumptions of an "Engrish" album and rejected it.

@spadypoonpeepee, This MV/song was made a while ago, I'm not sure she's going to market this in America, I think that's why shes creating American songs now? I don't think she would use Korean/Jap songs in America that much.
the reason why boa and rain tried to get into the american market is because they were pretty killer in asia. and for boa's case her company was testing the american market. obviously they missed the style by a decade lol. and his ninja film was successful because of the directors not the actors.
for someone who's not korean or jap and living outside of these 2 countries, i'd tried listening to her songs... so far i only like "eat u up" this track...coz of the beat n her dancing...

Why oh why didn't she debut higher in the US. She is hot, a great dancer and singer. Maybe she needs to collaborate with one of her fave artists like Britney or Justin?!?! That would definitely get her name out there, which is her main problem in the US; nobody knows her and no stations are playing her songs.
If u think about it, i dont think the american music industry really have any intentions on promoting asian music and artists. Cause otherwise they'd lose sales and hav a bigger competition to compete againts in the market.

No offense, but BoA's korean stuff are much much more awesome then her USA ones. She needs to do an Eng version and perform it in the USA.

Why oh why didn't she debut higher in the US. She is hot, a great dancer and singer. Maybe she needs to collaborate with one of her fave artists like Britney or Justin?!?! That would definitely get her name out there, which is her main problem in the US; nobody knows her and no stations are playing her songs.

If u think about it, i dont think the american music industry really have any intentions on promoting asian music and artists. Cause otherwise they'd lose sales and hav a bigger competition to compete againts in the market.
Which kinda sucks because in asia you'll find that alot of people are opened to foreign music and artists. Its only a matter of time tho, cause it seems poeple are just now starting to discover and learn about asian music and pop culture :)

Damn, petite Asian girls can really "pop" when they dance! Caucasian girls simply can't move their hips and torsos like this. BoA can pop her hips with speed similar to Bruce Lee throwing a punch with his fists. 4/10ths of a second. BoA's management needs to insure this girls hips through Lloyd's of London!!
