Thas is so sad, yet people still go out & buy puppies without knowing for sure where they have come from.

All the while there is a demand places like this will continue, yet at the same time thousands of dogs & puppies are euthanized because there are not enough homes...

It's just greed & want, with no care for the suffering.. how many puppies purchased from these places end up chucked away 6 months down the line after being bought on a whim. CLOSE THESE PLACES DOWN.

can you believe a whelping female would rather give birth on bare concrete !!

Can't see any whelping satisfactory pens on this video? There's no bedding for poor dogs. You can also see dogs in terrible distressed state. Manky water. Are they really expected to drink that? No whelping bitch would prefer to whelp on bare concrete. No animal should have to live like this - certainly not man's best friend:( Carmarthenshire County Council have a lot to answer for!

RSPCA do not want to know , they have all the details but will not act. Carmarthen council say breeders are operating within the law , so seems like no one cares !

That's disgraceful. It's obvious these animals are suffering and the RSPCA have a duty to help all animals in distress. If this was a private dwelling they'd be there like a shot!! What's the difference! As for Carmarthenshire Council, they are not operating within the law. You just have to look at the video to realize the 5 freedoms are not being adhered too. Shame on RSPCA!

They are quite happy to campaign and ask the public for donations to help stamp out puppy farming but when it comes to the nitty gritty, they're not prepared to help remove dogs from sad situations like these. Why???

@kiz32 - RSPCA need outing IMO. I know of many rich old ladies who were spinsters , dog lovers too - left a fortune to RSPCA , who do nothing. I would think people would leave money to more deserving rescues and charitys who are rescuing these poor dogs , rather than the RSPCA. The RSPCA , im speechless ive lost all respect for them.
