This guy needs a Japanese dictionary... I think that he made it up mostly though. But I would say, "You block head, Mario" to him if he wanted to sit in the dark at midnight (or something like that) and play video games. That's unhealthy and EXTREMELY bad for your eyes. It's also a way of saying that he's a single guy who's never had a girlfriend. This Japanese Mario needs to do something athletic!

@jblackbath This anime looks pretty old, I'd say likely before the American version of Super Mario brothers 2 and cartoons popularized his green look. In the really old games Luigi looked odd (not yellow and blue granted, but usually white and green like in Wreking Crew).
