I dont know if I use wire bigger than 18 guage for my front sony toweers because they got scew terminals, theyre older than me my mom was a kid when they were made, and she's now 42
hi can you tell me how powerful the amplifier should be for these speakers because i just brought them and i brough pioneer 90 watts amp will that be ok???
@la4ous the cords that are included are horrble! I bought the SSB-3000 and the cables were horrible, I had to get some Trisonic Wire that was 18 guage to replace them!!
Well,if I have to be honest,I saw the Mission MV8's just now and they look very impressive and powerfull.I don't have a clue if there will be any difference in the sound.I'm very satisfied from these,that's all I can say :)

I can put bigger wire with the SB-3000 though.

"180 Watts max input power" is written on the back of both of the speakers ;)

hey, im also interested in this system and was wondering
a) if they were sold in pairs?
b) do they come with the audio cords to hook it up to the reciever and if not how much are those?

@raymondleeleggs 18gauge? Dude, you shoulda got 16 gauge or 14 gauge if you had a long wire run. 18 gauge isn't even big enough.
