ok...I kno how to do everything. It just doesnt work. I download rice video 6.1.4 and i put it in the plugin folder. Then i start pj64. I go to plugins and turn it on. I go to graphic options...and there is no texture filter option.
its not hard...its just that i dont know where i put the extracted files...im still looking...as soon as i find it ill send it to the ppl who want it =D
Usually you put it in your plugins folder, in some kind of subfolder? that's HOW THE PLUGIN LOADS THE HIGHRES IMAGES lol. :p
I'm running under the assumption you have 1.6 of PJ64. if not, change the number accordingly. :p
When my graphics pack is complete, I swear to God, the first thing I put in my video description is a link to the pack. :p I don't like to torture people
Where did you get the music... well... sorry, that wasn't a question :P . What are the songs called though>????????????? And who does them? Are there more? Sorry for the bug, but thank you for a possible answer.

It doesn't work for me. I dont have the texture filter option. what am i doing wrong? I also get like 50 errors when i try to go to settings.

I got a question, how come all you people who post these vids conveniently "lose" or "forget" where you put such an awesome texture pack?!?!?!?!?!
AND why can't you just go to where you put the extracted graphics, and put them in a NEW ZIP FILE, then share THAT with us?!?! IS IT SO HARD??

or, for windows 98 and below user:
