I really appreciate posting all these fanfest and tournament videos... it's exciting to see some transparency into your vibrant company. I do wish that in future you do more to help us who can only listen on the internet... we can't hear much. Perhaps strategic microphone setups in the audience where questioners can line up? or maybe roving staff with a cordless mike or two.

Also... can anyone coach questioners to be brief? That's harder to achieve, but I sure wish for it.

I feel bad for her. Her English wasn't great, she seemed nervous, people were leaving, and all the other GM's should have been speaking because they could speak English a little better. But yeah,, someone could have brought in a mic for the everyone asking questions. and lastly,, to make it a little more difficult for the speaker,, who was playing with the mic?

it's not a glorious side of the game, but if the GM's weren't there the game wouldn't work atol.

It's not so easy having to deal with everyone and there problems.

I felt sorry for the woman :( she wasnt very clear, but tbh 70 GMs ISNT alot when GMs are known to take 2 day to a week to reply to something and 90% of the time it is an automated message.

Avarage 1600 petition a day. What do you expect ? 70 Game Masters, and lets say 30 Work at day, 30 at night and 10 on weekends. How do you expect them to go over ~1600 petitions on 5 minutes (like you want it to be). Sometimes GM's need to contact a Developer or whatever, and that doesn't happen on 5 minutes.

Believe a lot of the petitions are just because people are lazy. Don't get how people can have problems with the billing system :S

I had an issue with the billing system once, things go wrong now and then.
