Don't get me wrong, I am a Constitutional Conservative and a Ron Paul supporter My point was only that the deputy was not outside his authority in this stop, further; he had the right to detain you under the concept of reasonable suspicion, as I posted earlier. Just remember, most cops in N/E Florida are Republican, Conservative, and ardent supporters of the Constitution. This isn't Chicago or NY. Stop looking for enemies where they do not exist. There are plenty of real ones out there.

Through experience I know it's best not to go inform LEO's that I am filming them.

I drove your route the other day. From the GCS Marina on 16 to the boat ramp is barely 6 miles, not 10 as you claim. Exaggeration does not lend credibility to your argument. The deputy had reasonable suspicion (a subjective standard) that you were up to something. The filming is suspicious. Then you pulled into a boat-ramp (without a boat) and stopped in the driveway while he was behind you. He would have been remiss in his duty if he hadn't checked on you. Then he left. Problem?

@5Ring Hey 5Ring you are correct about the distance being less than 10 miles.I drove the route the other day and it came out to 7 miles for me. But I did say approx 10 miles not exactly 10 miles. I think 7 miles is within approximation of 10 miles don't you? Ha Ha! However I think I will change the title of the video to better reflect the accuracy of miles followed.

Of course you fail to mention that the route you took is also the exact route the deputy would take back to the North County substation in Orange Park (where a GCS area deputy would go). It is also the only major road between Green Cove and Orange Park. Further, if he was following you, cops are worried about low-lifes, outlaw bikers and terrorists filming them to document their tactics. He should be concerned that you are filming him. Its not illegal, but its damn suspicious and you know it.

I watched this carefully, and I have to think that ArrestAJudgeKit is correct. This was Reid Technique as though old man Reid taught this guy himself. Ever since I read up on the story of Tim Masters, and what those imbecile cops in Fort Collins did to him I've wanted to have Reid and his minions put out of business.

Green Cove PD just waits for something to happen. I was pulled over at Houston & N Orange because I didn't put my turn signal on 500ft before getting into the turn lane onto Houston St. Didn't get a ticket, but why waste time on something so petty? They have nothing to do in GCS. I should know, I used to be a dispatcher for Fire/Rescue. Green Cove Springs (district 20) where station 20 is, never got any action hardly. The units at station 20 were usually 2nd due units for other districts.

That way they can slip that knife into your back without you knowing it or not until it is too late. Also, few people know that cops are professional liars and professional false accusers. What is the ninth commandment? Exodus 20:16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. So your "good Christian" falsely accuses people for a living, doesn't he?
