Great video. But it's a bit hard to hear Jeff say those things about Antonioni (rip) who directed so many masterpieces, Red Desert is one of my fave films. Jeff's a brilliant musician though--

the yardbirds could have been the band ofall time but it never worked fo them clapton wasnt satisfied with jeff becks style or his own at that time i believe jimmypage never really had a problem with the music he made thats what makes him great at what he does

If you notice, the Yardbirds were the birth of Hard Rock, while the Rolling Stones were playing Rock & Roll at the time, The Who was playing Rock, and the Beatles were more like high-end Bubble-Gum. Aerosmith continues to herald The Yardbirds as their greatest mentors, covering their songs and borrowing their lyrics.
