I am looking for an alternative to the regular computer mouse (for desktop mainly) because of problems with how I grip the regular mouse and discomfort in my hands. Are there fingermice for desktop PCs?

the computer recognizes it right away because it's a mac. If it was a PC it would take ages for it to install all drivers and shit
