You have to have the "EVIL" trait. Try getting a Sim Pregnant and go to the hospital. After the baby was born you can choose another trait. The game picks you a random trait, and of course you can pick your own.

I got that game well the collectors adtion one its awesome me a good sim lives with Sara a bad sim[aka the person how had 2 of our gonna have 3 soon] but even if I am good and she is bad we can still with eachother and I work at the Bistro I think I am levle 3 or levle 4 and I am a great cook oh and I have a Italein sports car and I plan on having 10 generations of or family and I have over 700,000 simulons and I did not use any cheats so yes I am very cool :)
