um there not sure yet still waiting on a release date um ive heard march or april there still working out kinks doing final test runs if all goes well it will be next month hopefully from metro norths mouth to our ears from the last press conference they had in dec so we shall see knowing metro north they are working as fast as they can it will be soon
The propulsion system on this train is quieter. It doesn't sound like the ones on the M7s or on the R142, R143, and R160 trains. I also thought they were supposed to be in service in December. what happened?
@AlgonquinRider810 If they keep having gliches, then when will the new trains ever be in service? The current cars are 35 years old and need replacement.
Great video! That's really cool that you saw it stop at the station. Also good news I think that they finally took off some of the sandbags in those cars. I hope to catch these things soon before in service!
