@fir3share78 Its a shock wave. A split second after the detonation, the atmosphere is superheated, relatively evenly by radiant heat. As the wave moves outward it effects the layers in the atmosphere, hence the multiple rings. If you notice at 0:26 a new set of rings begin to form. This is due to "cooler" air circulating (convection forces) into the region evacuated due to the shock wave and being effected both by the heat from the rising mushroom cloud and drawn out by the preceding shock wave.
