Note that my concern is exclusively for civilian victims of Albanian terrorism. Albanian plots against US military targets like the Ft Dix situation are only a concern in so far as it means even more US support for more antiSerb policy in the Balkans.
Similarly, the dozens of attacks on the US embassy and US nationals in Tirana, are to be regarded as an outstanding issue between two foreign states and nothing to do with Serbia.
