@BeesonTheBeeson its an optical illusion, its not moving but the black being over its opposite, white, will make it look as if its in motion, one way you can tell thats not moving is to put the very tip of your curser, the very top pixel, on the lowest part of the wording and watch it, it may look like its moving, but if you look at the curser, the pixels are not spreading apart or going together. Problem solved :)
