@kimt4977 The fire department was more than likely called because of the possibility of the downed aircraft catching fire, and for the evac unit to land safely. Most departments in Callifornia have EMT's and Medic's on board all fire units.
I like how the narrator says that an auto rotation is possible at 200 feet. IIRC, it's not, and 200 feet AGL is asking to have a bad crash if an error occurs. No altitude to gain speed and try and flare or time to try and restart the engine.
This guy was fucked the moment he left the advised altitude from the owner. (I won't say 5 feet because the narrator is an obvious moron, I'd trust listening from the owner on how high he set as a restriction)
That said though, that guy is a dumbass. Typical adrenaline-seeking guy, ignoring the rules to see how far he can go and what he can do. Well, now I bet he ain't gonna do that no more! LOL
