up to 335 so far but i hurt my shoulder around the time of this lift got 335 today after workout so 350 is in the near future the next vid will be better quality im also up to a 495lb squat my next meet is on the 16th so wish me luck
sorry about the quality didnt plan on makign this lol there is the 45 lb bar a 45 lb plate on each side then a 35 lb plate then 2 25 lb plates on each side then one ten to top it off lol i wanna get to 350
