@WackleWackle nope, still t-mobile. You know they'll have it on other carriers soon because at&t bought tmobile, so it's actually probably somehow going to be at&t because both use GSM radios in the device, opposed to CDMA, in sprint & verizon (but dont take my word for it)

When you hit the apps drawer buttons and the icons fly in, do you feel the animation is slightly choppy when the live wallpaper is on?

@KnightMD I know what you mean because a lot of visually intensive LWPs cause that on certain devices. Unfortunately, I already uninstalled from the EVO 4G and don't recall if this was the case. I still have it on my Nexus S though, and the app tray animation is still smooth on there... so, Hummingbird + Gingerbread seems to be alright.

@SmartKeitai Well I'm exchanging my Atrix (Tegra 2) for a new one because of this....

@KnightMD Wow, really? I've only handled the Atrix at trade shows, but I'd expect Tegra 2 to handle LWPs smoothly. Maybe a future update will optimize the CPU, or perhaps it's related to the qHD resolution? Not sure, but hope it works out when it's all said and done.

@SmartKeitai It seems to be a defective unit.... I'll find out when I get the new one... it also drains battery severely, and the gallery won't display photos.....etc.

@salsathe4th Very strange. The only note I see from the developer is that the phone needs to be running Android 2.1 or higher, and I think Optimus S has 2.2. I'll ping the developer and ask him for you.
