look here hoss, that aint lootin... thats capturing history!!!!!!!! now if u was grave robing that would b differnt... but it aint...sooo..good look buddy hope ya find more and more to come!!!!!!!
Looting sites, especially of temporally diagnostic artifacts is thieving from all of us. A single projectile point can tell an archaeologist what time period the artifact was manufactured, what stratigie was employed in its manufacture, and therefore what tools may be associated, where the material is from which may indicate trade routs or ancient trade allies, and how old the artifact is. When it is removed from its original context, the site loses so much integrity. Please stop looting!
@kevseadog This is on private property. These type points and location is well documented, Why don't you join a Neighborhood Civic Association where you can tell people what color they can paint their house or where you can tell them you can't fly that flag..
@kevseadog you know something? all of them certified archeologists? if they are anything like the ones we have here in missouri, then they sit on their fatasses in air conditioned buildings, day after day after day, drawing their checks from our tax paying dollars and not doing a god damned thing. i ask one that was staffed on the onsr ( ozarks national Scenic riverways) if he had done any recent digs and he said no, that he wasnt paid enough for him to personally go and dig and do his job
Those ppl have never been to a pay diamond, ruby or emerald mine to hunt ? wtf, its the safes,ez fast way to hunt...not everyone is a young healthy buck...and have limited time... I'm with you tx. Good Luck and F*** the young haters :) DrSpauldingthe3rd is my hero LOL she must be about 9 or 10 years old :) Have Fun
ok, it looks like you placed it there, and covered it with dirt. im not saying its fake but from the way it looks when you start filming it looks like its fake.
@13chardage I wasn't really worth it for me.. It would have been if I was the one finding it..LOL I just filmed him picking it up from a moved load of dirt..
@JestersWord75 I didn't find it.. I filmed the owner pulling it out of a pile he was moving to the tables for sifters. You paid a fee to get a backhoe full of dirt to sift. This piece was found as I filmed it after the pile was moved.. I paid just to dig.. Dug all day and found some broken pieces but nothing like that. Hit or miss, like everything else I guess.
@SgtGrant23 Yeah that's great for you.. I find broken and whole points all the time for free.. This is just a pay site I went to once.. One time while I was on vacation camping... What is it about the post that makes people slam others? I have no clue. I though I would post it for all to enjoy, but some have to believe I planted it? Whatever.. What the F&^k would I waste my time. To everyone who has made a negitive comment, Get a life..
@txrelichunter see, what i mean is i scouted and researched and found sites and found broken calf creek, Dalton, Clovis , drills, and other stuff and didn't have to pay to hunt.. i just think paying to hunt is a waste.
Serpo71. The reason for these pay sites are as you say however, seeing that Texas us 90% privately owned, if you don't have permission to hunt someones property then that's not a good thing. Pay sites are a legal way for some not to worry about trust passing... Who doesn't hate to pay to hunt?
I live in NW Texas. There are no pay digs here. I have studied maps and have found my own hunting sights. I have found a lot on my own. I think the reason they have these pay sights is there is a higher population in central and south Texas and land owners see a money making potential. It would still be fun to go on one of these pay digs, however.....
I'm so jealous. I live in New Zealand, but have a small collection of Nth. American and African arrowheads. I so wish I could find my own. Or a fossil or two.
Yeah it was funny then and still is. The women is my wife and she remembers how excited she was as it came out of the ground.. We got to get back out there. Thanks for looking and for the replys...

1 hour west of San Antonio, just before Kerrville on I-10. It's a field, not but a few hundred feet from a small creek.
