Puppies shouldn't be drinking regular milk( the kind we drink)! It's really bad for them, dogs are lactose intolerant, and it can cause problems in their internal organs like the pancreas. And cause the puppy to have diarrhea. If your cousin's friend puppy has been nursed from the mother, it shouldn't be drinking milk, puppy food should have all the nutrients it needs. Dogs shouldn't have ANY diary products.
