I think longevity has to do with the amount of cell death a person's body has when they are older. The centarians have a very small amount of cell death compared to a REGULAR person.

I think that Breuning will not live to be 130 since only 1 out of trillions of people can achieve that according to modern demographics (they are approximately 7 billion people in the world today). However, I think that he will make it to be at least 116 years old surpassing the oldest undisputed man ever, Christian Mortensen (1882-1998).
